Joel singing

Watching Joel singing an ABBA song was actually the most funny yet cringey things i have witnessed for a long time:laugh:

At one point it looked like he was serenading Cristian.....i actually think i have to watch it again:joker:

Danny's eyes were getting more and more squinty as he watched Joel.

Chloe saying that all politicians were a bit kinky:hehe: (images of David Cameron....:worry:)

And Jacks comment..."nope he's still going!" had me in stitches.....brilliant!

Niamh. 14-07-2015 01:21 PM

He deserves the win just for that

Niamh. 14-07-2015 01:22 PM

also Ruby re Danny and his squinting, you could almost hear his thoughts right then, "Damn him, he's taking away my airtime and chance of winning" :fan:

joeysteele 14-07-2015 01:22 PM

I absolutely loved it.

He cannot sing but he looked so serious and gave his all in the performance all through.

One of the best moments of any series for me this was, more of this and this series could have been great as to near all of the housemates.

Jack_ 14-07-2015 01:22 PM

It was cringey as hell but rather amusing, it's the kind of thing I'd do in my room (ABBA are amezzin let's face it) so to do it on TV when you're not even drunk, fair play :joker:

:joker:My thoughts exactly at the time too.
He hated that everyone was watching Joel and more to the point enjoying it too, as Chloe and Jack said, Joel doesn't even need drink to be like that either.

I'm sure there were lots of these moments, they just weren't aired because they decided to **** it up with the whole legends and Marc going in:(

Liam- 14-07-2015 01:34 PM

Best moment of the series and hopefully Joel's winning moment.

I agree, I really am,like yourself, left wondering how many really great moments like this were never aired.
Very sad.

Crimson Dynamo 14-07-2015 01:47 PM

The PInk song was equally bad

his mincing actions, the gravel drive dead melody voice, the serenade to equally irritating twit Cristian (not his real name)

He is a young Peter Mandelson

Vicky. 14-07-2015 01:47 PM

Was great

Danny looked absolutely furious :o

Crimson Dynamo 14-07-2015 01:51 PM

Strictly Jake 14-07-2015 01:53 PM

As funny as it was I can't help cringe when he starts and then does the slut drop

JamesBond 14-07-2015 02:20 PM

I'm almost thinking the whole camp thing might be part of his strategy, Danny looked pissed because he knew Joel would be getting more airtime.

Kazanne 14-07-2015 02:35 PM

Am I the only one that thinks he has a good voice.

Moosething 14-07-2015 02:39 PM

Cringiest moment of series

fitz2k2 14-07-2015 02:43 PM

oh look at yall.now yall want joel to win I been saying it for weeks

brisbanebroncos 14-07-2015 02:47 PM

It was awful. I hate it when people try to sing seriously when they aren't trained. Makes me cringe.

Livia 14-07-2015 02:52 PM

If he'd been pissed I could have forgiven him. But he wasn't... it was cringey to the max. I find him extraordinarily creepy at the best of times. I want you all to watch him in future with this thought in mind: He is going to grow up into a Bond Villain. All the signs are there.

karezza 14-07-2015 02:55 PM

As fake as Calum's dancing BB14.

Cherie 14-07-2015 03:10 PM

It was awful and so calculated, worth it for the look on Danny's face though :laugh3:

Patricia4 14-07-2015 03:16 PM

I absolutely loved it and when it showed Christian twice with his twitch of his face it was lovely the poor lad couldn't help it its due to his health bless him.

Jase. 14-07-2015 08:02 PM

I literally wanted to rip my face off so the cringe would stop. Just awful.

the truth 14-07-2015 08:51 PM

moment of the series....how many 19 year old male politicians know every word to abba songs ? lol....slightly cringey and quirky, but that's just classic big brother and yes he hasn't got a bad voice at all...classic moments

VanessaFeltz. 14-07-2015 08:56 PM

people "cringe" at everything tbh.

REDCROP 15-07-2015 08:36 PM

Joel singing was a piece of Genius....he took an opportunity given to them all by BB but he was the only one who ran with it
He sang "The Winner Takes it All' like he WAS already the winner and as he sang 'The Loser Has to Fall' they just sat there like Dummies and let him...LOL.. too miserable to get up and join him and too stupid to realise that his little dance was the show stealer and he was thumbing his nose at em...LOL...
HE'S JUST GOT TO WIN...Hands down the funniest moment this year and yet another clever stroke of genius by Joel.
Some people think he looked like an idiot, they couldn't be further from the truth ...he's played em all since day one.
Good on Christian for shaking his hand though, he's always a good sport

He took the opportunity and ran with it.....umm didn't Marcus say BB are playing in one of Joel's favourite song  It's possible no one else knew the words

Don't need the words to dance and celebrate and appreciate your time in the house in the final 3 days ...miserable lot...after two months of no music . no tv, no internet and no Phones you would dance to Nellie the Elephant if it was played....the others handed it to him on a plate by leaving him on his own to dance...and he worked it completely to his advantage...clever lad
Just like he was the only smart one who stayed loyal to Marc when the new legends arrived...Marc who is now out, with huge following on twitter and who is campaigning for Joel to win.
This is def no dummy this guy.

y.winter 15-07-2015 08:51 PM

His true cringe worthy personality slips away under his politician facade.

I just hope he doesn't win, sitting in a bath for 8 weeks between Harry and Nick doesn't make a winner, shame Marc's Hugh Twitter following couldn't save him :hee:

Nothing to do with your post apart from one point.

They have had music played into the house on multiple occasions for the last two months. Just correcting a factual error.

Yeh i know, once every second thursday....you know what i mean....i would be up there jumping like a bean ...even if it was some old crap or something i'd never heard....they've been starved of music so much and they'd just been told they were officially BB finalists.... yet they just stood there miserable...Sam would have been up there with him if she hadn't left on friday...they missed that opportunity..BB didn't play it for no reason.

They Played it for Joel wouldn't be surprised if the others were told to let Joel sing, it was a little odd nobody joined in

Withano 15-07-2015 09:13 PM

Love him haha

Liam- 15-07-2015 09:16 PM

He's easily the best housemate in the final, normally I hate anything that's cringe worthy, but his Abba tribute had me rocking, I love him :flutter:

Absorption 15-07-2015 09:36 PM

His voice is a painful drone, his slut-drop has been done to death now and his whole act is as contrived as the shallow politician he will doubtless become.

Yes, let's make him our winner.

There again, all the others are tossers, so please waste your loot and vote for him!
