Did she spit or didnt she?

:O

Will. 31-08-2015 08:55 PM

No I don't think it was a proper spit.

Withano 31-08-2015 08:57 PM

Doubt it. If Austin got wet from it he would have been more taken aback. I believe Janice and Chloe on that one.

bots 31-08-2015 08:58 PM

she did, she got a final warning

Amy Jade 31-08-2015 08:58 PM

she pretty much just admitted it

Cherie 31-08-2015 08:59 PM

She spat, maybe not a full on gob but she spat

Daniel-X 31-08-2015 08:59 PM

I think so but I don't think it landed on him because Autih didn't seem to react at the time

Mitchell 31-08-2015 08:59 PM

I think she did a spitting Acton rather than actually doing it, I can't imagine Janice actually doing that.

Ant. 31-08-2015 09:00 PM

She denied it, but then she apologised

Oh Janice

lewis111 31-08-2015 09:00 PM

I would find it a privilege to be spat on by Janice Dickison tbh

smudgie 31-08-2015 09:00 PM

Filthy bitch should have been evicted, without her fee.

But Austin said she spit on him. :suspect:

BB reviewed the footage and deemed she spat on him

Jason. 31-08-2015 09:02 PM

If she got warned for it, she must've of done it.

When she asked to go to the Diary Room (when Austin said they were waiting to go in) she said she 'made the action' and didn't actually spit, but Austin said she spat and Big Brother gave her a warning and she said she was sorry, so she pretty much admitted she spat...
She contradicted herself

MrWong 31-08-2015 09:04 PM

She apologised so maybe she did?

The lack of reaction at the time from Austin makes it seem like she didn't though.

erinp5 31-08-2015 09:05 PM

She lied at first but then apologised for it when BB issued her a warning...if she had not spat she would never have accepted the warning or indeed said sorry She owned it and imho should have been removed form the house .

BB . "You appeared to spit at / in the direction of Austin.
BB deems this aggressive behaviour and completely unacceptable and is issuing a formal and final warning.

Janice "I am very sorry,"

Ashley. 31-08-2015 09:07 PM

She should've been removed. I like her... but she should've been removed for Dennis' sake.

Jason. 31-08-2015 09:07 PM

If she got warned for it, she must've done it. I'm actually loling at some people trying to deny otherwise.

BB saw and reviewed the footage. If she didn't spit, she wouldn't have been warned. Simple.

Natasha was there and saw it .

If she spat at me I would open my mouth and swallow that liquid gold!

What did she say?

And don't they have cameras in the house, so BB must've saw the footage as well?

It's really confusing, because I'll be annoyed if she got a final warning for not spitting on someone.

well no, both frenchy/leslie were warned for attempting to hit eachother.. had janice made the same motion as spitting, she would have been warned

She received a first and FINAL warning, though. Had she done the motion, surely it would've been at least just a formal warning.

Judging on street sense she was blindspotted with cameras hense why I wrote this thread

#jussayin

andybigbro 31-08-2015 11:13 PM

She spat. But it never got him.

Still unacceptable and still should have been removed imo.

But because it's Janice Dickinson, they wouldn't bother. had it been say screech from last season he would have been removed 100 percent.

lostalex 01-09-2015 01:05 AM

She spit, but she was spitting at the floor, not at his face.

Marsh. 01-09-2015 01:23 AM

I think she swallowed.

She'd still have received a warning (and rightly so) for gesturing to spit at him, it's serious enough an action.

I believe this is what she did also and she apologised because she was warned.

I can't believe people are comparing this to the Dennis incident either. Dennis leant over and directly spat in someone's face, and then spent the next few hours continuing to mock and goad them for it. Janice made a gesture, and as offensive as it still is, it's nowhere near on the scale of the Dennis incident. From what I saw she also gestured towards his body and not his face so had any saliva actually left her mouth I don't think that's as serious as the face either. All are worthy of very serious final warnings but only intentionally spitting in someone's face is grounds for a removal IMO.

Yes, but would it have been a first and FINAL warning if she hadn't actually spat?
