I will go with Biebs. His campaign has been stellar.

1D are generally bigger now so them

Haven't heard any of One Directions new songs whereas Bieber has been everywhere, will go for him

Bieber only does well off streaming, where as the teen girls go psycho over One Direction on physical copies and streaming so I'm tipping them.

I think 1D will chart higher but Justin ' album will be much better

Bieber is trash so I hope it's 1D

Justin Bieber is currently trumping One Direction in the iTunes charts.

The singer released his latest effort 'Purpose' today (November 13) worldwide.

However, pop heavyweights One Direction also unleashed their fifth record 'Made in the A.M.' on the same day - prompting a chart battle.

At the time of writing, Bieber is currently placed at No.1 in both the UK and the US iTunes charts.

One Direction are at No.2 in both countries.

Purpose is surprisingly good.

I picked 1D on selling more but

Purpose has slayed me

1D have the X Factor which should be enough to opush them above

Bieber has just put out 12 Music Videos for songs on his album.

It's weird how such big artists in a massive country and the sales are only around the 400k mark

this is quite nice

Everyone that watches X Factor will already know they have an album out, won't make much difference at all

Made in the AM is number 1 on the midweek charts

One Direction is number 1(fastest selling album of the year... until next week)

Oh well. Bieber with 3 songs in the top five and 4 more in the top 40 whilst 1D struggle to keep 2 in shows who the real winner is :hee:

Honestly can't believe the comeback Bieber has had considering the press he's had the past two years

Bieber actually has hits unlike 1D so he'll probably sell more in the long run (plus he'll promote more)

A very impressive comeback for him considering how Journals did

What will be telling is if he can continue this with the next album

Combine US and UK sales this week and Bieber wins. Looks like we were right all along.
