Do you have a starter on Christmas Day?
 

I'm doing a prawn and celery cocktail and Pate and ****. Do you have starters before your Christmas Dinner?

Yeah usually either soup or like a selection of wee chicken and satay things. lmao how basic

I have a BIG dinner too :D at 3pm, but no dessert after the dinner.

I usually eat light before the big dinner. A very light breakfast, orange juice, some fruit, and at midday a sandwich. :)

Do both! Luke could have Bacon and Avocado, if he won't eat that do pigs in blankets not really a starter but if that's what he wants

My mum always does a prawn cocktail and I am not a fan so no.

I'll probably just have an apéritif or two.

Well I used to work in a pub and they had a sandwich on the menu prawn, bacon and mayonnaise and I thought it sounded like the worst thing ever but I tasted it and it was so good

No we just have a big dinner and some desserts then sometimes at night we have crisps and chocolate and peanuts

Nope we have a mountain shaped dinner and 3/4 different puddings

Is prawn cocktail an English thing?

I usually do it and I'm Irish :shrug:

Never heard of that in Scotland. Most people I know have soup.
