When my girls were really little (under 7) we'd refer to their 'bits' as doodoo.

After 7 it was just normal vagina.

If I'm talking to an adult I would say vagina, but when my children were small I referred to the genital area as their private places or privates.

I have two names for my penis. Mostly it's called Arnold. However when EastEnders is on, especially if Big Mo comes on screen, I call it Wellard.
