Episode 1

Story:

Spoiler:

Episode 1: A Necessary Deception - Part 1

12 strangers wake up in a decrepit room, dazed and confused, with no memory of how they got there, or who they are.

https://i.imgur.com/MEA7smr.png

You're on board a ship but that's about all you can gather. You contemplate your surroundings and each other, and notice that everyone has a backpack. You check your own and stare at the contents for minutes, wondering why you have it with you, trying to spark a memory, but nothing. You decide to keep it close by anyway, just in case.

[You will receive a PM with the contents of your backpack after the first elimination.]

You look around, wondering who these people are. Wondering who you are. Before spotting a crate in the corner of the room. You open it and inside, amongst other things, is a letter.

It reads:

The name 'Eloine' sends shivers down your spine. You don't know why. You look in the crate again and see the following items:

- A bracelet engraved "To my darling Josephine"
- A bloodied rag
- A copy of George Orwell's '1984'
- A pregnancy test

You're confused and afraid but before you can absorb any of this, the room becomes engulfed in flames.

Oscar winning special effects imo :fan:

You break out of the cabin and make your way to a lifeboat. Once there, you know that the only way to ensure your own freedom is to find the destination that the letter referred to.

- Task one: Find your destination

Spoiler:

Your surroundings will help you complete this.

- In addition to the tasks, I'm also looking for your interpretation of the events so far.
What suspicions and theories do you have regarding the mystery?

- Finally, I need you to choose one person who you would like to receive a special reward.

You have until 6pm on Wednesday to PM me with your answers. You can send multiple PM's and you can change your mind at any point up to the deadline. GOOD LUCK!

Those editing skills tho. That thing flying out the window gave me Gremlins teas :smug:

Niamh. 18-01-2016 02:41 PM

My favourite parts were "From the makers of.....this trailer" "not at all similar to In Cold Blood" and that person going through the letter box :fan:

Thanks :fan: It was quite hard to edit it tbh. And that was a scene from gremlins  I just searched 'dramatic clips' or something in youtube and that was one of them.
