Sounds great but we shouldn't have to create specific restaurants just to do this

Marsh. 11-06-2016 04:21 PM

It's good they give you a gown in case you get a hard on.

Shaun 11-06-2016 04:24 PM

The only restaurant where you ask for more than just the tip

Because if people want to walk around in public or eat in a restaurant naked, they should be entitled to

Well I don't know about you but I wouldn't want to walk into my local Wetherspoons and catch old Dave from up the road stripping in the corner whilst I'm tucking into a Sirloin.

:joker: I don't know about you but I go into a restaurant to eat, not ponder what other clothes people are or indeed aren't wearing

One's uptightness about something so natural should not override the rights of others to express themselves however they so choose

How do you know if this happens in every restaurant that everyone is going to like and feel comfortable about it? Not everyone wants to see nudes whilst eating their food.

Shaun 11-06-2016 04:41 PM

Yes yes utopian ideals where everyone is free of gender and clothing and race and absolutely no one has any hangups about anything. :idc:

Clothing offers plenty of room for freedom of expression and you don't need to have to have your minge out to see yourself as liberated. This restaurant is little more than titillation and shock value, will be interesting to see if there are any reviews about the actual food.

Drew. 11-06-2016 04:42 PM

We'll be getting naked gender neutral public toilets next

If you're concentrating on what other people are doing or wearing in a restaurant as opposed to what you're eating, you shouldn't really be in one cause you're doing it wrong

The human body is natural and clothes are man made, there is no reason why anyone should be obligated to wear clothes if they don't want to (with very few exceptions)

Jack_ 11-06-2016 04:43 PM

I'm a social liberal, is anyone really surprised :hee:

The food is obviously important and so is feeling comfortable in that restaurant, not everyone would appreciate seeing bum crack whilst they are bending down or boobs/tits especially parents with children. specific restaurants are there for a reason. Uncomfortable customers means unhappy customers which is bad for a business. Everyone has the right to feel comfortable and shouldn't feel disturbed when eating a nice meal.

And what about the people who'd feel more comfortable wearing little or no clothes? One's right to express themselves overrides another who feels 'uncomfortable' (which is completely subjective anyway) in their presence. Lots of people like to peddle the line 'offence is taken, not given' and this would be a perfect example of it.

If people were allowed to eat naked in a restaurant the people who actually would would be few and far between, but it wouldn't affect anyone's business because you'd be entitled to do it anywhere so there'd be no getting away from it. Eventually people would put up, shut up and learn to learn to accept that there's no problem with seeing the human body.

Cal. 11-06-2016 05:01 PM

Good for them to be proud of their bits

Then they can go somewhere else where it's appreciated and no one feels disturbed. it's inconsiderate to others really. I'm all for nude restaurants which is why creating a specific restaurant is a good idea.

People would not shut up about it(they have the right) and most likely only eat in their house especially families, I wouldn't want my kids seeing peoples nudes. may as well give them porn videos.

How about the people who feel uncomfortable in the presence of a natural sight go and eat at home instead? There's nothing inconsiderate about it at all. If people are offended by the human body, that is their problem. A specific restaurant is a start, yes, and to be fair I made the comment flippantly - but I'm the biggest liberal on this forum so of course I think this way.

Of course they have the right to protest about tit, but that doesn't negate the right of people to express themselves by wearing little or no clothes if that's their prerogative. Those who moan can either go elsewhere or put up with it, and those who don't care (because there would be some) can carry on eating their meal. And most people would eventually come around to the idea anyway. What do you think people did before clothes were created?

And equating standalone nudity to porn is a very dangerous game and one that shouldn't be entertained. They're completely different.

I hope all adhere to this, I'm are some will want to feel the chair against their bare bum as otherwise they are not getting the full liberating experience that they are paying for :bawling: The gowns will add 80.00 to the bill minimum for a family of 4, I'm not going :idc:
