Sorry for Spell checkers I missed the H
in her name

Theresa May

Mother Theresa

Cherie 30-06-2016 06:27 AM

I've heard Boris referred to as the most hated man in the City, that's going some given he was so popular as Mayor. I want Boris to have it as he needs to deal with the fall out rather than swerving it

Although it would be somewhat satisfying to see everything crash and burn under Boris and people realise what an idiot he is, I would trust Theresa more to not ***** it up.

Johnnyuk123 30-06-2016 07:10 AM

She is a stuck up snob. I voted for the clown. :cheer2:

Did you hear about the time she was at a dinner and sent the cutlery back cos it wasn't as polished as she'd like? She gave the poor girl a right mouthful. :joker: Snob.:fist:

That is Your Right

y.winter 30-06-2016 07:26 AM

Could someone explain in short how both of them are perceived in the public eye, pros and cons? I'm especially not familiar with Theresa May.

joeysteele 30-06-2016 07:35 AM

I am not a Conservative but would vote for Theresa May any day of the week over backstabbing Boris Johnson.

I really believe he deserves to lose this before it even starts for his shocking display in the referendum and his massive disrespect for the Prime Minister all through..

Against Boris, good one, well done to Michael's wife for that I guess.

Mother Theresa tbh.

They're all pretty scummy of those in the running for it. Her the least.

The "accidentally leaked email" was no accident

smudgie 30-06-2016 08:54 AM

To be honest, anyone but Boris.

We already have a clown leading the opposition.

Crimson Dynamo 30-06-2016 08:57 AM

Excellent speech there by May, very Thatcheresque

Awful man with an even more awful wife

joeysteele 30-06-2016 09:14 AM

Personally I think all Gove has done is likely kill of Boris Johnson's chances here now.

Theresa May should be able to really capitalise on this now.
I never really saw Gove as a leader but he should be in whoever wins Cabinet.

Jack_ 30-06-2016 09:25 AM

Can we not delude ourselves into thinking May is this progressive, wonderful candidate just because she's a woman when only two months ago she said we should leave the European Convention on Human Rights, and her track record on immigration is quite frankly appalling.

This is literally a choice between scum, scum and scum

I think she is an ideal steady rudder to see us through the storm

Yeah see us through the storm by turning it into a hurricane of rights trashing and immigrant bashing!

The only scum are the MPs who are driving the Labour Party into the ground at a time when it should be united against the Tories most weakest point in government yet :nono:

Crimson Dynamo 30-06-2016 09:36 AM

I wonder if that deliberately leaked email from Gove's Daily Mail employed wife was solely to inform people that The Daily Mail and the SUn /The Times dont want Boris?

Jack_ 30-06-2016 09:42 AM

I'd be inclined to say that anything Dacre and Murdoch don't want are things we should give them if we weren't dealing with Boris ****ing Johnson

The power of the media in politics was there for all to see in that email, I'm amazed more people don't find it disgusting

Crimson Dynamo 30-06-2016 09:44 AM

well surely if it were not from Dacre she must now be sacked for ratting on her boss...we shall see

It seems like Boris has served his purpose now, the leave campaign would have struggled without him leading it

I would vote for Stephen Crabb if I was a Conservative,I would rather May over Boris any time however.

She really disappointed me saying this morning though, she would not want an election until 2020, she cannot and should be able to remain unelected by the Country for the next 3 and more years, no way.
She should be forced if she wins to have an election within a year for the Country to decide what govt or make up of govt should be doing these negotiations on leaving the EU.

This was an all party campaign and it should really be an all party negotiating team that goes to the EU to negotiate at the very least.

There is a 3rd Person now - at the top
Michael Gove

But he sneaked that out when all the reporters
were at the T. Mag gig

I need a Mod to add a 3rd name to my Poll
