Do you like Curry?

Well...?

Lostie! 15-07-2016 04:58 PM

Well it depends on the curry but in general yes.

thesheriff443 15-07-2016 04:58 PM

No

Jamie89 15-07-2016 04:59 PM

Yes if it's tikka masala or korma, I love it!

LukeB 15-07-2016 05:00 PM

No,It's my least favourite food

_Tom_ 15-07-2016 05:00 PM

Hate spicy food

Shaun 15-07-2016 05:01 PM

I was always wary around it as a kid because of how much adults talked about it making your eyes water and giving you the shits but it's such a broad category that you can't really 'say no' unless you've tried them all

Mokka 15-07-2016 05:07 PM

More than i like you Will :smug:

They don't have to be spicy. I used to hate spicy food too (and I still don't like it too spicy) but you can get delicious non-spicy curries

Jamie89 15-07-2016 05:18 PM

I'm gonna have one tonight :smug:

TT350 15-07-2016 05:20 PM

Love it.

Had an awesome Lamb Madras last night.

A while ago I discovered Tarka Dahl. Chick pea curry. Delicious.

I make a lot of Thai curries too. My favourite is lamb penang.

Hottest curry I tried was a Phal years ago when I had something called 'friends' and we were smashed up. Still couldn't eat it despite the pain relief of being semi conscious.

smudgie 15-07-2016 05:45 PM

Yes, but mainly the curry sauce from our Chinese takeaway.
So much so that I ordered curry sauce instead of sweet and sour sauce with my chicken balls tonight ( as I usually do) .

Black Dagger 15-07-2016 05:50 PM

My absolute favourite meal.

Tikka Misala <333

You can buy the tubs of solid concentrate that all the chinese chippies use, i make my own a lot, tons cheaper. Maysan original is what the chip shops use.

Dollface 15-07-2016 06:45 PM

TT350 15-07-2016 07:34 PM

No one has mentioned Thai.

Get on it.

Shaun 15-07-2016 07:43 PM

Thai (green) curry was nice the one time I tried it. Should try it more.

my favourite part of Thai curry is the coconut milk base... I usually adjust my indian curries to use coconut milk at home... maybe I need to start making more thai at home thinking on this now

I only ever have Thai when I go out... but it is my food of choice when I do... there is the most divine restaurant in my city... with a great fresh lemongrass and other herb tea that I adore...

I might, thanks! I don't mind anything really as long as it's not too spicy

LaLaLand 15-07-2016 08:01 PM

Can't go wrong with a Chicken Tikka Biryani, it's lush

jennyjuniper 15-07-2016 08:24 PM

I love to make a hot veggie curry with home made onion bhajies(don't know if that's how to spell it) on the side.

Bahjis I think it's written lol.

How do you make yours?

kirklancaster 15-07-2016 10:15 PM

I am reknowned for my curries. I love them and actually have them for breakfast sometimes - in the early hours.

I make my own chapatis, nans and onion bhajis, as well as chutney and raita.
