Are the producers twisted for forcing Jason to stay in the house when he wants out?

He's asked to leave about six times now and they still won't let him go

Are the producers at fault for holding his 20K ransom to force him to stay? Or maybe he needs to grow some balls and do an Emma if he's not bothered about the cash?

Pete. 24-07-2016 08:44 PM

The 10+ Security Men weren't ready so they had to lock him in I guess

He should be chucked out though

Samm 24-07-2016 08:44 PM

Yes, Emma was ejected for much less

Vanessa 24-07-2016 08:44 PM

They want to give him a mental breakdown. Absolutely disgusting!

Oaker 24-07-2016 08:44 PM

Obviously they are.

They're really pushing for a Jason win tbh the bias is shocking!

TomC 24-07-2016 08:45 PM

He has been mentally pushed to the limit with all these ****-stirring tasks so I do feel sorry for him.

Ross. 24-07-2016 08:46 PM

I don't think there was a need to break the door down

Jordan. 24-07-2016 08:47 PM

If he really wanted to go he'd just break the fire exit not go storming into the DR every time.

Greg! 24-07-2016 08:48 PM

Just let him go. Why go on big brother if you can't stand the heat. Emma got ejected for breaking open a fire door so surely he should go for breaking an actual door and damaging equipment

Tom4784 24-07-2016 08:49 PM

If he really wanted to leave he would have left by now. It's just a ploy for sympathy votes.

smudgie 24-07-2016 08:49 PM

Very sad to see a 45 year old man having a tantrum.
He should be shown the door.

Why aren't they showing us the Diary Room conversations between himself and Big Brother, then?

This

He clearly is obsessed with playing the game and trying to win

Why hasn't he just walked out the fire exit and kept on walking if he really wanted to leave?

There's nothing BB can do to force housemates to stay, the only reason they usually tell HMs to sleep on it is so that they can make arrangements for them but if I was in that house and I wanted to leave that badly I'd have just gone and sorted myself out. He doesn't want to leave, he's freaking out because his gameplan's gone up in smoke and now he wants to play the victim.

They have kept him because they know they went too far, their fault so they have to put it right

Amy Jade 24-07-2016 08:58 PM

He's just after sympathy.

If he wanted to go he could have, over the years various housemates have shown how easy it is to walk if they really want to.

Nah. They just know it's a ploy for votes and they played along since they'll profit from it anyway.

MrWong 24-07-2016 09:02 PM

If he really wanted out he'd be out.

Firewire 24-07-2016 09:03 PM

I do think they've used him as a toy and gave him a hard time, but he's definitely using it to his advantage to win votes.

ebandit 24-07-2016 09:04 PM

fake...as fake is...

True they know he has a dedicated fan base who will vote a lot in the final. Meanwhile someone like Emma was dispensable.

Glenn-C 24-07-2016 09:06 PM

It's unfair that two people were evicted today, and Jason's probably still in there when he doesn't want to be

RhysJones 24-07-2016 09:06 PM

Nobody can force anybody to stay. People slated Jayne and Emma weeks ago for wanting to leave and escaping, but when it comes to Jason people say he's been forced into a breakdown and that BB is being cruel. People are actually pathetic, they need to stop making excuses for Jason

Vicky. 24-07-2016 09:07 PM

I don't understand why they seem so desperate to keep him, while at the same time they really do seem to be standing away poking him with a large stick. Its kind of like the WANT him to explode. Its a bit odd...

Because they want him to crack. It's so obvious. And they will keep trying until he does. Even on the final.

Couldn't have put it better myself :clap1:

Exactly. Enough people have left BB in the past- if people truly want to go, they can, and just need to stick to their guns. If he is so easily persuaded to stay, it is because in reality, he wants to be persuaded. As you've suggested, there is always the option to break out and stay out- again, others have done so in the past. The BB house is not a prison, and no-one can be 'forced' to stay.

If, as some people are suggesting, BB are using the £20,000 to persuade him to stay, Jason really needs to decide his priorities. If he really is being pushed too far, his mental health is worth far more than £20,000- as his principles should be in all honesty- especially when it appears he is fairly wealthy outside of the house.

They want drama and a reaction- that much is obvious. However, they would end up being sued and seriously out of pocket if he was to crack, so this would serve no purpose, and therefore obviously isn't their aim. They know he has a temper, and that him losing it would make good tv, and I think that's what they're pushing for.

footie 24-07-2016 09:34 PM

seriously he will do anything for sympathy, he is so sad and fake. He should of been thrown out bb has ruined its rep on this one, made them look so bias.

Ithinkiloveyoutoo 24-07-2016 09:37 PM

Savage. Asking Andy and Alex to leave so they can convince him to stay.
