Why you quoting yourself and saying the same words.

azi 26-07-2016 08:59 AM

I really don't get the hate. It only makes sense if you're a Jason or Andy fan.

It's people's pre conceived perception of travellers, hence words like, dirty, thick and untrustworthy. Someone will pop along at some point and mention driveways or caravans.

Totally agree with you. Frankly I cannot see why people are attracted to his rudeness and aggressiveness?

Entertaining either for good or bad reasons, funny, can be sweet, a great friend has brought more to the show than any of the others left in there. I would be happy with Hughie win. I like all the finalists but I think a winner has to be someone who has entertained me as well as being a good housemate and even though Jason and Andy are the frontrunners Andy in particular hasnt really entertained me. He is nice and has been the voice of reason but thats about it. Jason more or less the same. I would ADORE it if one of the girls win but we all know thats probably an impossibilty

FranA 26-07-2016 09:07 AM

Not my winner! When I think of Hughie I think of a child having a tantrum in a supermarket for not having his own way!!!

It's a shame you haven't enjoyed Andy's dry humour throughout the show, hardly an episode went by without him making me laugh with his witty asides and one liners all said with a straight face. I always like someone who makes me laugh, and Hughie rarely does. But I appreciate we all have a different sense of humour. :wavey:

What a bizarre thing to say... People do see different things in different people.

Agree, I find his continual shouting "in your face" horrible to watch. Just rude and loud.

Agreed, the "cabbage" last word, on live from the house was really funny and lost on Hughie

LOL oh god yes 'cabbage' I will find myself shopping for food and when I see cabbage I may chuckle to myself ;)

hehe yep Hughie looked as confused as a baby in a topless bar over that one ;)

Machiavellian < (andy's word for him)

jennyjuniper 26-07-2016 10:31 AM

In a time that seems to celebrate cruelty, champion ignorance and uncouthness and reward people who have not contributed one whit to society, then the chances of Hughie walking away with the money are quite high. Does he deserve it? Not on your nelly.

Andy has such a weird aversion to Hughie, I think it's the traveller aspect. Andy thinks of himself as a middle-class successful journalist and Hughie is one of the small people.

Him coming onto this show has probably helped his community more than anybody could know, so this is just false.

Patricia4 26-07-2016 10:34 AM

DS banned me for a week because I (in jest) referred to the mods as "vile" in a thread.

:hehe:

How has he helped his community? He acts like a spoilt disgusting brat. That kind of 'help' they can do without.

It has nothing to do with Hughie being a traveller Andy has never mentioned that once infact even majority of people that dislike Hughie here have not mentioned it the only people that bring that up are people defending Hughie..

It has everything to do with how they both got along in house that is it..

For him to come onto this show as a bisexual male was one of the bravest things a contestant has ever done.

Just because a person has a loud voice they get labelled "aggressive", when the truth is the aggressive ones are those that simmer with rage then break the doors off when it's let loose.

lol 'loud voice' is an understatement no other HM had to be restrained, constantly called to DR to calm down or babysat whilst arguing as they could not control their temper...

Jason took his frustration out on the door, and a few cameras (oh my goodness he moved a few camera's scarey) .. Hughie took his out on real people...
