Things I spotted tonight

Yet again we have 2 losers punching the air telling us how thrilled they are to leave :pat: We had one of them clearly so bitter against the probable winner as she's jealous to hell ....Then on the screen behind during the interviews we have last week highest vote to save chap with a face like a slapped arse after he got boos :pat: Quickly thinking of his plan C ,he used plan B this week by kissing Bears arse for a week, but it wasn't enough, the public STILL don't like him ....so time to get the thinking cap on

Headie 23-08-2016 09:06 PM

I thought you said crowd reactions don't matter though? Is that not what Jason fans were saying during BB17?

Jordan. 23-08-2016 09:06 PM

topped the vote but because the BB crowd of about 100 boo'd him the public clearly don't like him

Rickys face not mine ,I'm not in the house silly Billy

Samm 23-08-2016 09:07 PM

You said in BB17 it doesn't matter when Jason was booed and in BB15 when Helen was booed?

MB. 23-08-2016 09:08 PM

He topped the vote with massive cheers last week, spent the week "kissing Bear's arse" and now he gets boos? Wouldn't that say as much about Bear's popularity as it does Ricky's?

But you just said "the public STILL don't like him", suggesting that the crowd reaction reflects the general viewing public? Yet during BB17 you and others said crowd reaction and the viewing public are two separate things :conf:

I think Ricky beating Bear in the voting last week is more conclusive than odds are :pat:

Oaker 23-08-2016 09:11 PM

Hughie was favourite to win but you didn't care about betting odds then :pat:

But Ricky is second favourite to win so how does that suggest the public dislike him?

Ricky not smiling = Face like a slapped arse showing his true colours, needs a Plan C.

Ricky smiling - Smug arsehole who thinks he's going to win.

Last week and this week are two different things since Ricky has refused another task since then and has been seen 'giggling' about Katie's breakdown who he was great friends with. :pipe:

The crowd reactions mean nothing...Lewis got cheered then sent packing :joker:

As said on Bots Rusti,Bear aligned himself with Ricky as he topped the votes and Ricky does not rise to him so that is how they get along, and you can dislike someone and then like them I did that with helen.

This makes no sense, he topped the last vote, why would he then try to lick bears arse for popularity when he was (at that time) already more popular than Bear...for all he knew Bear was absolutely hated...

"Things I spotted tonight"

Bear's attention seeking knows no bounds, as he continued to scream at the top of his voice and show a complete lack of respect to those who were just about to leave the house.

...you liked Helen :fist:

Well I guess I can't understand that. I can forgive but I don't forget and that's why I can't understand the extremity of Ricky not liking him and disgusted by his behaviour (which I fully understand)...how he treated other people...and then becoming so close to him. I don't get it. Ricky is so moralistic...even if it was Bear aligning himself to Ricky...I wouldn't accommodate him.
But we are all different....but I see that as game playing on Ricky's part and it may have lost him support.

Bear doesn't care about anyone except himself...as we have seen...compassion isn't even in his vocabulary...

Because they'd have really done the same for him right?

He was expressing his emotions, why does he need to wait until they're out the door?

power2thepeople 23-08-2016 10:53 PM

Things I noticed tonight. Bear can't create the drama of his outrage at someone being evicted when it wasn't their time to go because he would look a numpty re Katie and Sam. So Bear creates the drama of the mask being taken by Sam. He accuses Renee of enabling it. She's bang out of order. Later on Renee can see the mask is lying on the floor behind the sofa where it was all along. Bear plays with his mask and paces the garden praising himself on beating those who have tried to dig him out. Frankie spends time persuading him to apologise for the false allegation of taking his property. All in all, yes, more childish attention seeking behaviour and looking for a ruck. Has the beach club folded bless him? All very negative. No dramas eh?

I'm pretty sure that if Bear had been evicted the rest of the housemates would have done the decent thing and said goodbye to him, or waited until he left before celebrating.

Fair enough, yeah, that's his emotions. But it just goes to show that he can't control them. He's a child.

I don't really think there was a need to control his emotions in this instance. They don't really care about him so why should be 'respectful' of them? I'd rather see someone be careless about it and just be real instead of trying to look good or not offend people.

Have to you seen compassion in any of the rest?

I have seen compassion in Bear - he stands up for his mates.
