Playing right into his hands here, and people wonder why Aubrey called out his fans last night :bored:

Just a ploy for attention and then to piss the Americans off as well

rubymoo 25-08-2016 09:00 PM

This was literally the cutest thing ever.

Renee completely disrespected his efforts.

Daffodil 25-08-2016 09:08 PM

I wouldn't eat anything Bear would offer me.

It ain't a struggle. They're straight up enjoying it.

power2thepeople 25-08-2016 11:34 PM

Just curious. If the Americans had eaten it, would it be seen as hypocrisy? I think so.

Denver 25-08-2016 11:40 PM

can we get the word Bear censored?

To express oneself through toast and beans is classic. Is Bear a wizard?

Clootie Dumpling 26-08-2016 03:21 AM

Bear hates to be ignored and that was the tactic that Renee and Aubrey were using to cope with his idiotic behaviour.

He did this, not to be nice and possibly to elicit a favourable reaction from them, (he's not bothered so long as he gets some sort of reaction), but to "kill them with kindness", as he revealed to Marnie minutes before he offered them both some breakfast.

The operative word here is "KILL".

Binbin 26-08-2016 03:33 AM

I fear for Bear's life.

You probably should, Binbin. When he's back in the real world, he'll push someone too far and come to a sticky end!

Ammi 26-08-2016 06:01 AM

..he shouldn't be needing to make heart shaped toast/write sorry cards and let's be friends again stuff, over and over...all he ever had to do was apologise and be true and genuine and that would be all that was needed...it's not 'cute' to keep feeling the need to do these things because you've purposefully caused upset and unhappiness yet again.../of course, he knows that balance of having to also be 'cute bear' as well, to have been able to get the win/votes...

waterhog 26-08-2016 06:48 AM

he is a reality tv star - he no's what gets the air time and we are all suckers and falling for it.

bored of bear and god I hope he does not win and I won't be watching anything else with him in it.

His best attribute is that he doesn't hold grudges. My late father was like that.

You could have a heated argument with him, then 10 minutes later he'd say (like Bear) 'want a cup of tea?':joker:

It's something I try to do in my life. Holding grudges like Renee and Aubrey is nasty. It's also very immature.

I don't think that's genuine, Gusto. I think he does bear grudges and looks for opportunities to get revenge.

The trait you describe of your Dad's is one I share, but I think Bear is faking it.

Vanessa 26-08-2016 08:04 AM

Bear doesn't hold grudges. He was trying to make amends straight after arguing with Aubrey and Rene. He never took any of their comments personally. Not even the hitmen one Rene made.

If he were truly sorry, he would make sure he didn't do it again!

Admittedly he's a bit of an ass , but he's never nasty.

Vanessa! Why can't you see that he's nasty to the core?

I don't think so, but he does like to wind up people. A bit like Marc used to do. But Bear is nicer, Marc was a complete ass, even though he was funny.

What I'm having trouble understanding is why you find it acceptable (and funny) to wind somebody up beyond their capacity to endure it.

They could have ignore him if he bothered them so much. But they wanted their camera time.
