Can't they come up with something new? For a studio once celebrated for its imagination it's clearly run out of ideas. Just sad, really.

I just watched the live action Jungle Book and it was great so here for this.

Isn't there another live-action Jungle Book coming out in 2018?

Why do they keep making remakes and sequels rather than coming up with new ideas though? It's transparently fiscal, lazy and kinda contradicts the pro-imagination mantra that Disney has always promoted.

When they actually do create something new they make great movies. In the last 5 years for example Big Hero 6, Inside Out and Zootopia have all been fantastic and displays that Disney is still great and capable of creating classics, but I can't help but roll my eyes when I hear that they think we want to sit through more magic-lacking remakes and endless sequels.
