When do you open your Christmas Presents?

We (myself and my OH) open ours at midnight, because that's our own little tradition and well we can :shrug:

Then when we go to my inlaws for dinner we are usually given more from family and friends and open them there.

When I was little i opened my stocking when i woke up and then went downstairs shortly after and opened all my presents one after the other.

I don't really get presents as such anymore, just money. But I go downstairs shortly after waking up to see my sister open hers.

Christmas morning

In the middle of the night, about 4am or something usually.

Wake up in the morning and open the stocking that's hung on my door and then see if anyone else is up to go downstairs

Whenever I get up and after I've made a cuppa tea and a bacon butty.

Put it off as long as possible because I hate the whole process

I wait till my mam wakes up and then I open them straight away with her.

In the morning when everyone else is up usually

When I get up, it's usually around 8 in the morning so I can get showered and ready after and then I head down to see my dad around 10ish.

Because I have a younger sister I'll open mine with her whilst she's opening hers between 7 and 8 am. I won't have many presents this year mind as I'm older and don't really care.

Starts at midnight here. :D

We open our Christmas presents at Christmas funnily enough. :hee:

Usually try and spread it out so we spend the whole morning doing them, would get a bit boring if they were rushed and all opened by 9

I used to have to force ex-mrs lt to open hers and most christmasses she had unopened ones on boxing day

I never have either, I always had sacks when I were younger

some sort of passive aggressive control thing with her sisters

me and my mum wake up at 7 (usually i wake up earlier but i wait because of tradition) and we then have to wake up my younger siblings because they are usually fast asleep. we go downstairs and it takes about a hour to go through all of ours. we go to my nanas for breakfast and we exchange the family presents there. I also have to go to my dads because my parents are split up but im not sure if im doing it this year because its a mess
