Why did they feel the need to stick clip art all over it

there is no way this is real (i hope)
it literally looks like a 5 minute illustrator job (if illustrator) and then they've just gone crazy with the magic eraser tool in photoshop. i thought the theme was pairs???

however if channel 5 has ****ed up this badly and it is real...?
