Season 4 with Jillian and Emmet was brilliant so I shall watch. I'm not sure if we'll ever get such a good team as Jillian and Emmett though. They were polar opposites and it just worked so well with Jillian screeching and breaking down each episode with Emmett being totally calm. TV Gold.

Karen and Bert and Sam and Paul are the only two teams that showed potential to me, and Sam and Paul's was entirely from their intro segment. Other than that.... I guess Zed and Shabbir and Adam and Andrea seem nice?

Was this episode any good. I actually loved TACAN4 and was pleasantly surprised as to how entertained I was and so was going to watch this also.

I just watched the premiere, I agree that Sam and Paul and Karen and Bert are two of the best couples. I also liked the pairing of Andrea and Ebonie.

I liked the leg itself and so I think this season will be promising, it probably wont be as good as TACAN4, but I enjoyed this moreso than I usually do the USA premieres so I'm enjoying it.

At least a complete buffer/boring team left. Most of the other teams have promise.

Ughhh team Skiers were literally a minute off going home. If only they they used the express pass just a minute later. They're actually really bad and need help with every challenge. Glad Andrea and Ebonie survived though, was an exciting end at least.

Was a good leg. I hope Sam and Paul, Andrea and Ebonie and Karen and Bert make it to the finals. All good teams. Don't really care for the others tbh.

I enjoyed that leg also. Only issue I have is that one detour is clearly about 5x faster than the other one, so whoever chose the slow detour were automatically the 3 bottom teams, despite Karen and Bert leaving the roadblock in 2nd place. Still enjoyable though, also would have preferred the 2nd to bottom team that keep cockroaching their way through to go over the team that left, but I'm not too bothered about who went either tbh.

TARCanada just needs to leave the damn country more, I'm not ready to see the qualify dip back down next week just because they're back in Canada. I like a lot of the teams individually - Kenneth and Ryan are the only pains (and even they've mellowed out lately), and Andrea and Ebonie are the only team that doesn't excite me at all - but the cast isn't really all that dynamic. I feel like I'm just watching a bunch of teams run the race independently from one another.

I agree, they must not have the money to be properly exploring the world. Theres little interaction between the teams also as you have said. They barely even comment on one another, and theres not been a U-turn yet, I like when the race has polititcs and alliances and the introduction of the U-turn was one of the best things that happened imo.

I really like Andrea and Ebonie, they seem like really nice/positive people and seem to have personality to me.

Episode 6. Although the leg/activities itself sucked, I did enjoy the episode because of the confessionals/teams/drama

I knew there was a show I've been forgetting to watch, I watch to many damn shows lmao thanks for bumping this thread :laugh: Gonna catch up on the eps I've missed tonight

I've enjoyed this season. It's not as good as last season but the teams are definitely likable this season and I'm rooting for multiple teams which draws me into watching. You can tell its budgetted with the places they travel and the activities but despite that It's been really enjoyable.

All caught up on the season:

- I still LOVE Karen & Bert, they're so cute to watch and are clearly enjoying the experience
- I still HATE Kenneth & Ryan, they're annoying as hell
- I agree with what's been said in here that everyone seems likeable enough and there's plenty to root for
- Ivana whining about her "broken back" for two whole legs and then not mentioning it once in the most recent leg <333
- Happy with the NEL's so far
- Thought it was dumb to u-turn Andrea & Ebonie as "one of the strongest teams" when they're messily inconsistent and haven't shown themselves to be that strong? Like, u-turn a team that's already been and gone to ensure the strongest team (Kenneth & Ryan) finish last?

Most importantly though, why the **** are they bringing back that stupid ass "FACE OFF" twist next leg, it's the dumbest feature ever and it screws teams over for no reason whatsoever, if it means the end of Karen & Bert I'll fume

Also Andrea (Adam's sister, not the other one) looks SO MUCH like Christina Salgado from BGC9, the resemblance is uncanny

i hate the face off, its usually like a sport so the older teams/non athletic teams flop.

And yeah Andrea and ebonie are either in the top 2 or bottom 2 like each leg

My prediction to win is either Sam/Paul or the siblings.

Only team I can't see winning [via edit] is probably Korey amd Ivanka - the rest have all been heavily featured.

Finally watched last episode and it was a hoot between Andrea and Ebonie just being terrible at navigation, Adam and Andrea inadvertently screwing over their alliance with Andrea and Ebonie because of how bad they are at navigation, and Paul and Bert being ****ty test takers :love: I still think Andrea and Ebonie are largely boring but they kinda started to click with me just a little little bit this leg. And Kenneth and Ryan really haven't been that offensive since the third leg so I really wouldn't have been that mad if it was an elimination leg lol.

Pleasantly surprised that this leg wasn't nearly as bad as the preview looked, and I'm not fussed at all about who was eliminated. Next leg looks good too and duh, it will be bc they're leaving Canada again.

What a dumbass #ClueTwist that was, thank GOD it was a NEL because I would've been SO pissed if we lost Karen & Bert because of it

I was literally so shocked when Adam & Andrea were shown as team #3 at the pit stop. TAR CAN is way less predictable/obvious than the US version which is why I love it.

Out of the remaining teams: Karen & Bert > Korey & Ivana > Sam & Paul > Adam & Andrea > Kenneth & Ryan (the one without the moustache is low-key hot though)

Another decent enough leg. I've said it a bunch of times, but it's really the only thing I have to say -- it's not a bad season exactly, but just a very flat one.

I knew it was a non-elimination as soon as we were told there were two signs at the end, it just seemed obvious.

Cannot stand Karen, I find her loud and obnoxious and I think she plays up to the cameras too. Haven't disliked someone as much as her on the show for a while.

Karen & Bert overcoming their speed bump and not getting u-tunred <333 Didn't care for Adam & Andrea so no loss. I think we all know which team I want out next before the final :laugh:
