How would you cope with the toilet situation?

there's a camera in the toilet so production are watching you take a number 1 or 2, how would you cope with this?

i would feel super uncomfortable and it's one of the reasons why i wouldn't do it. I don't think they should be cameras in the toilet at all.

Wizard. 04-07-2017 01:32 PM

Yeah I wouldn't do it because of that. Also you'd have to wank under the covers.

Niamh. 04-07-2017 01:33 PM

I wouldn't feel comfortable with cameras anywhere tbh, I would hate to be a HM

i'm sure men in the past have wanked in the toilet, the producers are getting free porn! the toilet should be a private area and if they are gossiping we can still hear them via microphone so showing the door will be just fine. so the camera really isn't needed.

Agreed. Housemates say you forget the cameras are there - i don't know how they do it! R.

Amy Jade 04-07-2017 01:35 PM

I'd just use the toilet but be a bit careful about how I got up and stuff I suppose.

Imagine having one of those really windy poos though when you fart loads and somebody has to watch it

like don't some people need to feel comfortable to go? if they don't they could get really ill from not going.

smudgie 04-07-2017 01:36 PM

I couldn't get beyond having to share a loo never mind being watched..and heard.

:joker:

maybe you could put a towel around the camera when you go :fan:

Littlegreen 04-07-2017 01:37 PM

I'd blurt out brand names so they wouldn't be able to use the footage.

y.winter 04-07-2017 01:37 PM

If I have to I'll have a "toilet blanket" :joker:
The transparent showers are even more disturbing...

TaylorCallum 04-07-2017 01:41 PM

Yeah I don't think there should be cameras in the toilets either, it's very intrusive.

I don't know how they get used to it.

Having said that, I'm sure you've done worse on cam Luke :hehe:. Just kidding .

T* 04-07-2017 01:47 PM

I think like it's so they don't kill themselves in there and stuff idk

T* 04-07-2017 01:48 PM

Like 'Day 53 - Tracey banged her head on the faucet and has been unresponsive for the last hour'

Like Linda Nolan claiming to have self-harmed in the toilets.

Greg! 04-07-2017 01:52 PM

I don't think they film them when they're actually doing a poo lmao. Or if they do I'd like to think no one looks at it.

Gstar 04-07-2017 01:52 PM

Our discussion last night seems to have stuck in your head

Vicky. 04-07-2017 01:55 PM

I would be more comfortable with someone watching me crap than watching me shower actually. And I couldn't do the showering in bikini thing as...surely you can't clean yourself that way and you would be stinking

I feel for the girls who have to change tampons and stuff in there :S

i was going to make it straight away but it was too late in the night and not a lot of people were on.

storybrooke 04-07-2017 01:57 PM

Would never be able to do it and agree about the showers, they could at least have frosted glass

I bet Tom wanted that too

DouglasS 04-07-2017 01:58 PM

I think they should have toilets like they do in BBUSA, where its literally just a tiny room with a toilet, with the sinks and showers outside in the actual bathroom with cameras. Meaning more than one person cannot fit in and so no footage is essentially missed. Rather than say a bathroom.

Gstar 04-07-2017 02:01 PM

All that time I thought that was Ryan and Evelyn from last year

Jack_ 04-07-2017 02:04 PM

It's the one thing that kinda puts me off doing the show (as well as being away from home for so long). How awkward it must be to go and have a wank

I'm interested to find out from Raph whether it's just something you get used to

Vicky. 04-07-2017 02:04 PM

They could easily have a loo/shower with no camera. And if anyone goes in there to chat or shag or something just tell them to get the hell out or be up for eviction?

Big Brother is too easy on them now. I remember when the punishments were strict and when shopping tasks were genuinely hard and they were only allowed a single digit number of fails.

Nowadays you can talk about noms clearly and not even be called up for it, not even get a punishment.

And failing the shopping task just means you all are one can of lager down on one night of the week :D

Failing the shopping task these days means they get takeaways every night rather than a big shop...think I would prefer the takeaways tbh

Every single day Ellie asks Sam 'are you drinking tonight'. They genuinely have a party/booze every single day to try and cause drama/kisses. It's all fuelled, and yeah the basic shopping really means nothing. I remember in BB6 there used to be arguments about the amount of food left and that Vanessa was eating it all. That was arguments that were fuelled with genuine actions, same with BB7 with Richard.

Greg! 04-07-2017 02:09 PM

Why don't they just let them buy alcohol on the shopping list? That would make the most sense.

They'd spend the entire budget on it.

Because they might not chose to buy enough alcohol. They might (as they used to do) buy one nights worth of booze and the rest of the nights be (:o ) SOBER. We can 't be having that.

they just want people to argue so they are giving them alcohol every night, there was a chance that fight night 3 would not have happened without alcohol. C5 LOVE arguments rather than fun. but saying that they will argue over booze on the shopping list too which will look natural.

I expect most would take being up for eviction if they were getting their end away in private tbf  I probably would

Usually Big Brother was a detox in itself as they only had booze two nights a week. Now it's genuinely 5 days minimum.

Ejection then for the horny bastards :p

Though some would probably take that too tbh

I was watching the BB1 launch the other day and they spent like half of their whole first budget on drinks
