The players are split into 2 teams. Each round the teams will complete a project given to them (either a design/creative, peoples vote, game). Teams will elect a project manager each for the round. At the end of a round the teams will enter the boardroom and the winning team will be announced. They will be safe from being fired. The losing project manager will have to choose 2 others on their team to stay in the boardroom and someone will be fired. This keeps going until 1 player left who will become the apprentice.
