Tamagotchi

Who is old enough to remember these? :hee:

I think they were rereleased again called cyber pets later on?

I bought 10 from ebay and they were delivered today, we only needed 8 but Stuart and I wanted one each for ourselves  (big kids)

Anyway I've been playing mine, kids these days will never know the struggle of having to feed/water/amuse and clean these things :idc:

My daughter had one so they must not be that old or else they were going on for a long while

They came out in the 1990's, not the 1890's!

I used to have one :flutter: Could sit and play on it for hours.

Vicky. 21-11-2017 05:55 PM

I was obsessed with mine. It was basicaly, an egg. The thing was bright yellow and I swear I was setting my alarm through the night to make sure I fed the damn thing  Thinkign about getting Skye one for christmas actually. Last year, gavins older kids all wanted furbies too, which was a blast from the past :D I used to open my furbys eyes wide, and push its eyeballs to look down so it looked possessed, then hide it in my sisters bed and she always got hysterical and terrified which I thought was hilarious. I was pretty awful as a kid I think

caprimint 21-11-2017 07:21 PM

Furbies

Jake. 21-11-2017 07:27 PM

Yeah I had one

AnnieK 21-11-2017 07:28 PM

I remember one of my friends had one and we were like late teens early 20s. She used to either be late or not turn out on nights out because she was so obsessed with it. We kidnapped it and sent her ransom notes cut out from the newspaper. We actually returned it when it became clear she was close to a breakdown. She really fell out with us over that and stopped coming out ever. Worryingly obsessive

Josy 22-11-2017 12:10 PM

Ok mines has already died 3 times :/
