They're not limited to wearing for a week  You can wear them whenever you want tbh, but it's perfectly socially acceptable to start wearing them around this time of year through to the end. Plus you can wear them every year.

smudgie 24-11-2017 01:15 PM

Christmas bedding, Christmas hats, no jumpers for me though.
The thought of wearing a jumper horrifies me. I like my cardis.

i'm not into high fashion or expensive clothes myself, in my school years i was sort of bullied because i wasn't wearing the latest fashion and same clothes for a week ugh felt so annoying, but i ignored most of that crap and i felt comfortable wearing those clothes ;)

don't show it to any dogs, cats, they might think the Christmas pudding is real, and we all know how it then will end with that particular Christmas jumper :skull:

Usually I would say no, but I was given one as a gift a few years back. It was red with a Reindeer on and if you pressed it's nose it flashed. lol I think I worn it once and then shoved it away in a drawer - I haven't seen it since. The moths probably ate it.

Today is the first day of December that the TL has not either worn a Christmas outfit or a Christmas dress/jumper (she is interviewing all day is why) and she was a bit sad about it. :(

Cherie 21-12-2017 09:57 AM

I'm wearing my Christmas jumper with a westie with antlers, and when we go walking I will be wearing my Christmas pudding beanie hat

I was actually tempted buying one a week ago when I was in London, but I've resisted!

(I have an old deer sweater which is not festive, but it's the closest I could get to it)
