Five could've been so much better but it just didn't have a very strong or perceptive cast.

4 > 3, 2 and 5 > 1

4 is highest because it was the first one I watched, the only one I've watched twice and enjoyed both times, and had some of my favourite HG's ever in (Nikki, Tim and Cass). 3, 2 and 5 are all on par for me. 3 I really enjoyed for the cast and twists, 2 is in the one I am re-watching at the moment with the mam so it's fresh in my mind, and 5 I just remember really liking as Kevin won and Ika got far. It could be top with 4 must Cass and Gary went WAY too early. And then 1 is the one that took me, like, 2 years to get theough because I couldn't get into it at first then I started again with my mum and we took ages because it wasn't as strong of a cast in our opinions. Well it was strong, but we didn't like many apart from Talla and Gary.

1, 3 & 5 are very interchangeable. I feel like this discussion comes up a lot and this is basically exactly what I say each time (not sure whether or not my rankings actually change between 1, 3 & 5)

Maybe 5 > 3? I'm giving 3 the edge over 5 because of Godfrey in general, the Jordan blindside, the triple eviction & Britknee's power (even though it screwed Bruno </3) which is actually a lot of things but without them BBCAN3 would easily be the worst season.

I think people don't give credit for how entertaining BBCAN4 was because of the winners / final 2. The pre-jury was a chaotic mess (large thanks to Dallas :love:), post-jury is where Cass really stepped it up (for those disgusting people that liked Cass on that season) and then you had Tim & Nikki just keeping the entire aura of the season at a constant high. Flipping votes and really keeping all options open was pretty much a weekly thing with this cast too. They were all playing for every little edge they could get (and yes Cass was probably the biggest factor in this tbh).

And even though many hated the winners, the Paqs bros were incredibly messy winners that somehow made it to the end despite tons of people wanting them out from Week 1. :love:

For me, on paper BB4 sounds like a great season:

- Three immediate outsiders manage to escape eviction until jury
- The token nerd, gamebot and attention seeker crumble to allow a returning player and someone who tried to nominate themselves to become final 2
- constant split votes
- Loveita being arguably one of the most powerful but least strategic players ever
- the biggest gamebot has his game ruined by returnees
- Nikki Graeme.

But it never seems to click for me to make it into a great season and I primarily think it's the cast. I have little to no opinion on Nick, Phil, Kelsey, Joel, Ramsey, Jarrad, Sharry, Paige, Mitch and Dallas and that's half of them.

And let us never forget how horrifying Tim was as a contestant who took up 50% of the airtime.

All of this :love: Loveita also MADE that pre-jury along with Dallas. And I didn't like the first bullet point but it really added to the season tbf to have those outsiders battle it out for so long (and it was still satisfying to see each of them go when they did while one of them, Kelsey, grew on me as the season went on).

Another thing is the season felt like it had stages to it. And I think it's because there weren't too many LOYAL groups and pretty much everyone was willing to work with each other for a week to get by. There were so many random pairings for votes (like when a random group kinda formed to try to save Dallas... Nick & Phil wanted to save Dallas who were always against each other.. :joker:). Also when Cass got back on the brothers' side after she screwed them over and they had a huge argument, The Third Wheel (I think it was called?) getting off Loveita's radar when she was HOH, Maddy randomly thinking she could work with Jared & Raul and taking out LOVEITA, etc. Lots of crazy randomness on that season and I enjoyed it throughout even if some of it was frustrating to watch.

But yeah if you can't get behind the cast it's all for nothing tbh but I enjoyed a lot of this cast so the season was excellent for me. :clap1:

not much difference between them though, i find BBCAN really hard to binge watch compared to BBUS

BB4 is one of the most underrated seasons of Big Brother ever

6 is bottom of the barrel trash.

1. season 5 - Ikonic from start to finish.
2. season 2 - Such a rootable and feel-good season.
3. season 1 - Incredible season that surmounts most BBUS seasons.
4. season 4 - It was ok!
5. season 3 - Too much producer manipulation.
6. season 6 - lol

Yeah I pretty much feel the same way with 1 & 3 still particularly very close but better than 5. 6 is eaaasily the worst season now.

BUT I kinda feel like 4 is my favorite. It just ages SO well for me and was already always very close to my favorite season to begin with!

At this moment:

4 > 2 >>> 1 > 3 > 5 >>> 6

I feel like this thread pops up about once every six months. Nevertheless

2 > 4 > 3

(haven’t watched 1 or 5 in their entireties and didn’t watch 6 at all)

I haven’t watched 6 but from what I’ve heard I’m a bit afraid to :worry:
I’ve loved almost everything from 1-5 so I don’t want the fun to end!

I’d probably go 2 > 4 > 1 > 5 >> 3
But the first four could probably change every day, and I haven’t rewatched any of them so nostalgia could be a factor.
Like tomorrow I’ll decide Nick & Phil were simply TOO MUCH and it’ll probably be next to 3 :laugh:

i wouldn’t, it’s not very good. i found it hard to watch 3 episodes a week over 2 and a half months, never mind do a whole binge watch of it :skull:

I’ll probably get to it at some point but it’s definitely not a priority. It’s been over a year and I’m still trying to get through BB19US :skull:

BBUS19 is even worse! I couldn’t even finish it, it was so bad :skull:

I actually might change 1 and 4 around.... 4 is a bit better as it ages.

2 > 5 > 4 > 1 > 6 > 3

6 and 3 are both pretty dire, but I give 6 the edge as it was not so focused on rigged twists every week like 3 was
