Which foreign TV format would you most like to see in the UK

I'd probably enjoy the North American BB Format, but as we already have BBCAN and BBUSA for that, then I'd probably most enjoy Survivor.

The Amazing Race would be good but I could imagine it getting a bit repetitive after a while.

There was a Survivor UK at one point which flopped, would it be more popular now than it was?

but as for a competition show it would be interesting to see how the BBUS format would play out in the UK as the cultures in competition reality shows between the UK and America are so different

The problem is that I could see it being on C5 or MTV and having a budget so small that would make S1's look like Game of Thrones'.

Survivor would be the only one which stood a chance at taking off here.

The Amazing Race UK but instead of doing it worldwide they just do a pubcrawl

Pit stops are the pubs (obviously) and the challenges are pub quizzes

The Amazing Race would get great ratings I reckon. Not on channel 5 however, It could be on something like ITV or BBC

BBUS wouldn't work and frankly BBCAN does the BBUS format much better than any UK channel ever would.

Wouldn't it be really expensive? Buying the rights, scouting a safe location, moving crew, presenter and cast abroad, getting insurance for it and creating all the challenges?

True, from the articles we just read about C5 looking for new shows, it said BB costs 40 million a year so do you think Survivor would be more or less?

Although presumably since the production company would be the same, they'd just allow the UK to use past US locations and sets which would save them money? Idk.

Channel 4 should revive Survivor. They no longer have a flagship reality show since they got rid of BB and they would do a much better job than C5 or ITV2, who would just turn it into another pastiche of Love Island.

They have Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls

I'd watch Survivor if it aired here.

I just cba with the American version because there's like forty seasons and streaming is effort.
