smudgie 10-05-2018 12:21 PM

Someone needs to grass on the thieves.

Crimson Dynamo 10-05-2018 12:33 PM

We need to get turf on grass thieves

and turf on the causes of grass crime

Alf 10-05-2018 12:35 PM

Wasn't there a thread about who we wouldn't like in our garden, yesterday? Did anybody say burglars?

AnnieK 10-05-2018 12:38 PM

Some stoner probably got very excited when the group Whatsapp went round saying someone had just got their hands on a load of grass

Crimson Dynamo 10-05-2018 12:40 PM

I bet the neighbours are sick of her mowning on about it

Yeah the family are in 'mourning' for their lost garden. :(

Alf 10-05-2018 12:44 PM

Mum has decorated the garden for the photos by getting the trampoline out.

Cherie 10-05-2018 01:13 PM

Or, so it stayed nice and neat all year round and didn't need constant mowing.

Time saving Queen.

this is why wildlife is in decline, because people can't mow a strip of grass and don't want their kids to be muddy :skull:

You're very welcome. :hee:

But I only knew because she said they moved the trampoline, which was what alerted her to it in the first place.

The trampoline alerted her? Not the fact that the whole bloody garden changed colour overnight?

I mean drew her attention to the window to see the garden where she noticed the grass had gone. :nono:

DON'T GET SMART LADY!

They were thinking of the kids. It shows you that they might be thieving buggers, but they do have a heart.

Depending on the type, artificial grass can fetch a few bob.

Rusty old trampoline on the other hand. :nono:

I thought criminals usually stuck to their own turf.

Miserable bugger.

thesheriff443 10-05-2018 04:11 PM

What happened to lawn and order.

thesheriff443 10-05-2018 04:15 PM

Best I've seen was, local paper reported on artificial cricket pitch that cost 10 grand being stolen to order.

In reality, local gypsies stole it and cut it up to go on the back of their vans to put flowers on for a funeral.
