It has now emerged that Cherwinski, who was arrested after cops reviewed CCTV footage of the groping, is in a long-term relationship and has two kids, reports the Mail Online.

He is from Palm Bay, Florida, and was eating with his partner of 11 years in the restaurant when the incident took place.

The 31-year-old has two infant twin daughters with his girlfriend, it has been reported.

It means everytime there's a discussion about something like this where women are sexually harassed/assaulted, which is an issue that happens in the most part to women by men, someone has to bring men up to make sure "they can be victims too"!!! also the fact that you said "problem is" came across like not only could this equally happen to men it would be worse if it happened to men because they couldn't even retaliate
