True Love Or True Lies? (New Reality Show) Nightly Episodes @ 9pm on MTV

Stars Monday 6th August, 9pm on MTV. Sounds like a mix between Love Island and Playing It Straight.

Hosted by Maya Jama and narrated by the legend that is Danny Dyer, we’ve got just one question – have YOU got what it takes to spot the fakes?

True Love Or True Lies? will follow a group of couples as they settle into their beautiful new Tuscan villa – but, as Maya explains, all is not as perfectly perfect as it seems, as some couples are the real deal, others are FAKE.

But spotting the fakes might not be so easy, with the couples having to question each other on everything from where they met to how long they’ve been together to what their pet’s middle name is.

Because if you don’t know that, ARE you even a real couple?

Each night, after a day of more questioning than an episode of Mastermind, the couples will have to vote out the couple they think aren’t telling the whole truth in a love ceremony, with the evicted couple then revealing their real status.

And as an extra, very exciting incentive for sniffing out the fakers, the winning couple at the end will win themselves at least £50,000, with an additional £10,000 being added to the money pot every time the villa votes out a pair of liars.

Maya adds: “At the end of it, who knows who’ll win. Will it be a real couple? Will it be a fake couple? Will it be a lover? Will it be a liar? We don’t know but it’s very exciting and you should watch it because it’s gonna be amazing!”

The brand new series airing every night for TWO WEEKS, starting Monday 6th August at 9pm on MTV!

There's been like no promo for it at all, you'd think they'd be flogging it everywhere considering it fills the Love Island void and viewers will be wanting something to obsess over :skull:

i think the two male gay couples are fake because in the little teasers a few days ago they said they met in an airport in mumbai but in this they said they met on a set in mumbai & i think the other one too because when they asked how long they were together one of the guys didnt say anything and looked really nervous lol
