I think with Dan, the reaction is justified, he threatened violence and he shouldn't be rewarded for that but with Hardeep I think calling him a sexual predator is a bit far and it pushes her point into ridiculousness.

From what I understand of his situation, he made a comment about a female colleague, got suspended for it and he seems genuinely sorry and has hopefully learned from his mistakes. I don't think that warrants describing him as a sexual predator.
