...don’t like the texture, like the flavour and the goodness they bring in their gifts...so I do struggle with them and should eat more of them than I do...

..I know someone who has that every day for lunch..I don’t think I could ever have the same thing every day for lunch no matter how yummy it was..I’m kinda fickle like that...

literally just had a half of one and some chicken on a sandwich for my lunch

i like to half them and full the hole with a vinegar, wholegrain mustard and black pepper sauce and eat with a spoon

I've never actually tried it on toast, know people that have it on toast with egg though

I'd say it needs something sharp to contrast it, so try marmite if you like it or something else that has a strong defined taste

I kind of like them- the texture puts me off. Love them on fajitas though but not purely on their own.

i like guacamole but not avocados as they are

But they make me think of monsters, because when I was about six there was a "show" thing which I guess went from school to school, and there was a monster who appeared when you counted down like "ten avocado, nine avocado" etc

Never tried one, maybe one day I will. So that's something to look forward to I suppose.

No. Avocado is fat.

But there are good fats and bad ones you can ingest ... and your body and brain rely on good unadultered fats to function. Every cell you have is made up with a fatty bilayer on the outside.
Avocado isn't cooked before eating... so the fat in it is healthy for you.

Right. But I still don't like how it tastes.

Its a monounsaturated fat, that's really good for you.
