:(

RileyH 10-09-2018 09:15 PM

We don't want any crusty old bags anyway

Oaker 10-09-2018 09:15 PM

it's a shame but BB6 and BB13 also had really young casts and they were both iconic so

montblanc 10-09-2018 09:15 PM

:umm2:

Matthew. 10-09-2018 09:15 PM

not that impressed

especially after we were promised 62 year old Ken from Blackpool

Black Dagger 10-09-2018 09:15 PM

BB6 is the best ever series with the youngest cast.

Owen19 10-09-2018 09:16 PM

I love BB12

DanielM787 10-09-2018 09:16 PM

Knew it, they never change channel 5

I was purposefully looking at the ages all through the teaser!! 32 is ridic young for it to be a true mix!

Time 10-09-2018 09:52 PM

yeah, i was honestly expecting at least one or two to be a lot older than 32 if it's supposed to be the original social experiment lmao

Elliot 10-09-2018 10:02 PM

Wasn’t the oldest housemate of last series joe

Ha ha that turned out well

Wizard. 10-09-2018 10:03 PM

32 the new 74?

Denver 10-09-2018 10:03 PM

To be fair the oldest in the 1st series was only 37

I thought the idea was to revert to the original "social experiment" format, rather than trying to replicate it.

An age range of 14 years is not representative of society!

Jason. 10-09-2018 10:27 PM

Yeah, I'm not really bothered as long as it's a good cast.

Older housemates are usually better on CBB anyway.

Yeah Emma we've got a real mix - really like **** have you.

Clootie Dumpling 10-09-2018 10:30 PM

Some of the comments on here are pretty ageist, already!

JoshBB 10-09-2018 10:32 PM

It is a shame. Maybe they can send in an oldie or two mid-series, Carole and Lesley types

Marsh. 10-09-2018 10:40 PM

Not BB12.

BBDodge 10-09-2018 11:12 PM

Civilian oldies have all been rubbish. Good move, BB.

armand.kay 10-09-2018 11:14 PM

They'd need to find 3 OAPs to do that.

I hope they picked the best 14 from the auditions.

Not when Derek, Natalie, Jayne, Lisa Jeynes, Lea, Pauline, Lesley, Sandy and Carole exist.

Gosh, what a chamber of horrors.

Eddie. 11-09-2018 12:12 PM

As long as the housemates bring in entertainment, that is all that matters...

Gusto Brunt 11-09-2018 01:03 PM

They probably auditioned a few crusty old people and thought, 'nah they'll only slow the house down.'

32 is 'old' to some people who are in their late teens.

There's something seriously wrong if they think 32 is "old" . I'm disappointed as its clearly going to be immature And age ist .

It's probably just going to be like a bunch of kids living together

I agree, I'm 36! :p

Headie 13-09-2018 12:23 AM

I think they may have done this deliberately to avoid another Pauline situation where the only old HM wins the night 1 popularity poll.

Of course if that was the case then the solution would be to just cast more than one older person but hey ho.
