I have no problem getting up in the morning but are you a lazy slob who festers in their pit or are you a go-getting winner in life and get up like a lark? :amazed:

It entirely depends on what I have on. I wish I could get up early every morning though, instead of like 9.30 :(

montblanc 29-10-2018 05:36 PM

i prefer getting up early when i don’t HAVE to (like for school or something) because it makes the day feel longer

montblanc 29-10-2018 05:36 PM

Depends if my dog is barking or not. If he's barking there's no chance I can shut him up and then sleep again.

MTVN 29-10-2018 06:16 PM

Nah I absolutely hate getting up and there's nothing worse than being confronted with a really annoying chirpy person chatting away at you within the first hour of waking up

LukeB 29-10-2018 06:17 PM

No, sometimes i have to get up at 5am for work but it's struggle. I love sleep so much

Babayaro. 29-10-2018 06:20 PM

I'm getting up at 6 to go to the gym tomorrow, actually.

Lets see if I post in this thread :)

Smithy 29-10-2018 06:21 PM

Guess I have to for work

My body clock wakes me up around 7:30 anyway so I don’t get much choice in the matter :joker:

smudgie 29-10-2018 07:02 PM

I don’t sleep much through the night, but the minute hubby brings my breakfast up I am ready to fall asleep.
Once I drag myself out of bed I am reasonable:shrug:

Jack_ 29-10-2018 07:04 PM

No but my dick is xx

Marsh. 29-10-2018 07:10 PM

Depends.

Getting up at half 6 for work in the depths of a freezing cold winter is a real struggle.

hijaxers 29-10-2018 07:14 PM

These days i have no bloody choice ! the condition i suffer with gets me up like clockwork , i've not had a lie in for years :bawling:
I'm called at 5.30am unless i starve the day before.

AnnieK 29-10-2018 07:22 PM

I'm a definite morning person.....I normally wake in good mood but I think that's down to having a kid who was up at 5am every day for the first 5 years. I'm far more productive in a morning too

Strictly Jake 29-10-2018 07:37 PM

I have to get up at 5.45 am every morning to get to work. But I usually stumble around like a zombie until about 7am where I start to wake up a bit. Never remember my first hour at work haha

Niamh. 29-10-2018 07:54 PM

Lazy slob

Wizard. 29-10-2018 08:34 PM

No I get morning sickness and acid and I literally can’t even eat a thing until AT LEAST 11/12 and if I have to get up super early I’m not hungry for the whole day it’s really weird but if I sleep until 9/10 I can eat and get hungry

Redway 29-10-2018 08:55 PM

I work nights so don’t have to be.

Oliver_W 29-10-2018 11:58 PM

Yeah I've always been an early riser, like Smithy my body clock won't let me sleep past a certain point in the morning, even if I'm not working that day or whatever.

JerseyWins 30-10-2018 03:01 AM

Terrible at it... I need like a lawn mower to go off or something.

I hit the snooze button multiple times, sometimes miss my alarm completely. I'm either rushing to get ready for work or just plain late to work basically every day. Can't wait for the time to go back an hour. That MIGHT just help me!

Didn't happen

Cherie 30-10-2018 06:58 AM

I like getting up early, it feels like you can a lot more done

Crimson Dynamo 30-10-2018 07:15 AM

Its a sin to waste a morning, especially at the weekend by doing what you can do when you are dead.

When you lie in your deathbed you wont remember the great lie-ins

Early this morning the TL and I discovered a new walk created by a new bridge, we saw a Heron, ducks, geese and a squirrel. There was a low mist on the fields and it was icy. Amazing. :amazed:

Crimson Dynamo 30-10-2018 07:16 AM

the TL did slip and nearly broke her hip but apart from that drama it was great

Nicky91 30-10-2018 07:20 AM

i usually put the telly on when i wake up, just to watch some telly in bed, helps me waking up completely, bit watching the news, sports news

and then i dress up, go downstairs and have breakfast, and do my chores every morning

I will, I actually have a top 3 sleeps list, honestly

Cal. 30-10-2018 09:23 AM

I’m notoriously late

Cal. 30-10-2018 09:23 AM

To everything.

So no!

Livia 30-10-2018 09:25 AM

No, I'm terrible at getting up in the morning. But I'm excellent at staying up at night.

user104658 30-10-2018 10:01 AM

I'm good at it in that I do it, I don't snooze the alarm for an hour, I just grit my teeth and swing my legs out of the bed... but, I'm not "good" at it, in that I absolutely hate it and wouldn't do it if I didn't have to :umm2:.

Elliot 30-10-2018 10:10 AM

No and I’m subsequently late for everything

Crimson Dynamo 30-10-2018 10:37 AM
