Isabelle Warburton as female host, a very popular BBUK recent winner, and i think she would make a good host for BB

I think Emma for the main show and Iain Lee with Sara Pascoe for BBLB! I like more than one presenter. Would make it all more interactive and fun than just the Rylan show.

No one. The housemates line up and enter the house, inside the house an impersonal robotic big brother voice speaks to them, and when they get evicted they walk out the door to no fanfare or interview. A more sinister feeling to the show.
