Idk if I'll be able to get into it because the format, housemates and editing is so different. I watched and enjoyed BBCAN4 but that was mostly because of Nikki tbh. Might give the next US series a try

I found it hard to get into for the first like 6 episodes but once I was into it I really enjoyed it

Binging series is so much more fast paced it's great but then watching series live i found to be quite draining and it dragged a lot, you don't get much update unless you watch the feeds and even then you're lucky if you tune in when something interesting is happening, I ended up not finishing 20 because a mix of my favourite hm had gone and it was just too slow

all new BBUS watchers should remember that if they watch BB10, that stanning Renny Martyn is compulsory and failure to abide by this rule will result in punishment!

If or when it hopefully returns , i am considering trying auditioning for it. Not that i exepct to be able to get on it in the future , but if i possibly do then it will be great for experience, meet new people and take the challenge especially for my sake.

I’d say BBCAN would probably be an easier show to watch for people to ease into the format change. It’s got enough of a UK vibe with the extra twists (and it’s the better show).

BBUSA has been stagnant for years creatively. Lately a good season has been the odd one out :skull:

i find it really hard to stick sith bbus seasons past BB15. Since then I havent been able to watch a series all the way through

I tried to watch it before. The constant voiceovers and over-production made it really hard to get into for me.

It feels more like robots trying to play some tactic game (inb4 someone sends that pic of the robot housemate from the last BBUSA). I feel as if any sort of genuine bonds are possibly voided for alliances and that's not for me
And yeah, I've seen a few episodes but the way they describe their alliances and how they work and their reasons... it's all very samey. I feel as if, if I watched one series, I've watched them all

For a similar reason, I just couldn't enjoy TAR. Which is FRUSTRATING, because the concept is amazing and there's so many seasons. But I just couldn't bear the editing :(

CBBUS was the only BBUS season I could get into and that was solely down to Oma :thumbs2:

BBCAN/US are so so different to the UK version. They barely feel like the same show.

I think BBUS is very hit-and-miss (mostly miss) but I really enjoyed 11, 15 and 17.
Tbh, the production of BBCAN is better than BBUS but it's also quite hit-and-miss. I loved 1/2/5 and didn't really care for 3 or 4. I didn't watch BBCAN6 because it was literally so boring that it was like insulting

Now that BBUK is over... my life has become even more depressing and deathly dull. No CBB to get us through the dreary month of January, no housemates to entertain us, no moments to LOL about. How sad is that???

I am deeply ashamed to live in a world where ****ty shows such as that Love Island trash outrates and outlasts the legendary, iconic Big Brother. It just feels like the human race is officially screwed!

Brexit, Trump, Theresa May being PM, Love Island being a hit, Big Brother being axed. So many horrid things going on in the world in recent years. :( :mad:
