Should Theresa May go?

She's failed time and time again and suffered a historic defeat tonight yet once again clings on to her power

Should she be forced out/resign?

Withano 15-01-2019 08:49 PM

Get Theresa out! Get Theresa out!

Matthew. 15-01-2019 08:50 PM

Yeah hope she gets evicted on Friday

Oliver_W 15-01-2019 08:52 PM

She should probably be replaced as PM, but there's no reason to have a General Election, which I think some people are drooling for.

RileyH 15-01-2019 08:52 PM

She's a scream let ha live

Crimson Dynamo 15-01-2019 08:56 PM

Bring forth Jacob

Alf 15-01-2019 08:57 PM

She should be on the phone to Pickfords right now, making a booking for the morning.

TomC 15-01-2019 08:57 PM

brexit needs cancelled and it’s time for a change in UK govenment and an SNP insurgence allowing for independence! The revolution is coming!

Matthew. 15-01-2019 08:59 PM

Hope she doesn’t resign though because that sleazy wanker Jacob Reese Mogg would probably be PM and nobody wants that

Alf 15-01-2019 08:59 PM

The chance of Corbyn, Mcdonnell and Abbott taking over is the worst thing possible.

This seems sensible to me

Glenn. 15-01-2019 09:00 PM

No she shouldnt go.

SherzyK 15-01-2019 09:00 PM

If Diane Abbott becomes PM :umm2:

I don't think Mogg would be an option, he'd probably back Boris.

Morgan. 15-01-2019 09:05 PM

I don't like her OK, but I feel sorry for her. She's had a bit of a hard time and Jeremy Corbin (from my party of choice) is an utter twat. I just think she should see out her run until the end. We are at too crucial of a stage to be worrying about another bloody election.

arista 15-01-2019 09:07 PM

Yes she can Piss off
After Brexit

You are aware she has confirmed
she will not stand for the Next Election

Underscore 15-01-2019 09:09 PM

As much as the very stuff of me dislikes her, I must support her. The opposition is awful.

As long as she takes us out of the EU first

The thought of Dianne Abbott, who can't even count to ten, becoming Home Secretary is pretty scary.

UserSince2005 15-01-2019 09:40 PM

Long live the queen, shes an icon

Tom4784 15-01-2019 11:17 PM

I'd rather she stay, Conservatives will likely remain in power with Moggs in charge and that's a worse scenario than May staying in power.

LaLaLand 15-01-2019 11:23 PM

She's a lovely person but she's just not cut out for this.

Amy Jade 15-01-2019 11:25 PM

I agree with Dezzy. I honestly believe she has tried her best and dread to think what we could end up with out of her hands

Scarlett. 16-01-2019 12:08 AM

The Tories can't vote no confidence in her, they already tried that a few weeks back, and can't try again for a year

thesheriff443 16-01-2019 07:23 AM

People don’t seem to understand Europe has done with us leaving the EU what it has done for many years, they are taking the p1ss

No matter who was leading the government they would be in the same position, Europe’s been on easy street for so many years, they have done their upmost to stop us leaving.

They folded like a pack of cards when Germany invaded, now they think they have a back bone.

Cherie 16-01-2019 07:26 AM

She has done the best anyone could do, yes she has lost three Brexit secretaries but that is down to the sheer impossibility of the task that they have faced and they have ducked out rather than go through what the humiliation the Teresa is going through now, I was never a particular fan and I thought her election campaign was appalling but I have admiration for her and how she has stood firm.

bots 16-01-2019 07:31 AM

I think she will probably go once she has safely navigated the no confidence vote and a no deal brexit is firmly off the table. Until then she will stay on.

thesheriff443 16-01-2019 07:33 AM

What we should do, is invade Europe and take back complete control.

She was elected on a mandate of no deal is better than a bad deal. No deal is firmly on the table.

I think this is the best idea :amazed: return of the Empire

Beso 16-01-2019 07:48 AM

True grit will see her through..she must stay, if only to repel all the old boys and their mysogynist ways.

Nicky91 16-01-2019 07:53 AM

well, remain ofc let's not give Corbyn what he wants

smudgie 16-01-2019 08:20 AM

It was pretty obvious the deal wasn’t going to go through.
Neither side of the Tories likes it, plus Labour wouldn’t vote for the deal whatever she came back with.
She won’t lose the no confidence vote, hopefully she can then either get a better deal or we leave with no deal.
I can’t imagine anybody that could or would have done a better job of it to be fair.

Wholeheartedly agree with this smudgie :wavey:

Crimson Dynamo 16-01-2019 09:00 AM

Her problem is not the deal, the EU or either party

her problem was David Cameron

Funny how Cameron always ran with campaigns about Broken Britain, then he went on and broke Britain.

BoJo is a much more realistic possibility than Mogg, though not much better. It says a lot about how awful Mogg would be, though, that BoJo genuinely would be better :umm2:.
