same, and mine is electrical toothbrush (which is also recommended by dentists here)

ew all that bacteria nestling in the bottom of your toothbrush and if you dont clean it daily with boiling hot water that is where it will stay

I use the bit on the back of the toothbrush.

I use the tongue brush on the back of my toothbrush and I wash my toothbrush really well, also use a cap for it. It freaks me out when people just wet the toothbrush with cold water and call it clean. :omgno: Also there is no point in brushing your teeth if you don't clean also clean the backs of your teeth AND your tongue.
