Like pretty much all of them that I've tried except brie, though... don't mind brie really but the aftertaste is funny to me and not in a taste I've yet acquired :laugh:

An English cheddar is great, but a Dutch Swiss or a French camembert/brie/blue is unbeatable

Way too difficult to pick one i'm a cheese fiend ! except Haloumi which is not cheese its yellow tyres.

OOh cumin not tried that sounds fab.

Port Salut is another nice one .

Stilton/Brie. Love a strong cheddar too. Oh and halloumi.
