Interesting

armand.kay 16-05-2019 07:57 PM

like 40mins walk to and from uni and thats it :skull:
I do also get some exercise when I'm on shoots (which has been pretty much every day in the last 2 month) because I have to lug around heavy kit and i'm on my feet holding a camera literally all day.

armand.kay 16-05-2019 07:58 PM

I have a gym membership also but it's literally not worth mentioning seeing as I've only been 2 times this month

I play 5 a side on Friday evenings and that's my only regular exercise really.. I go through phases of running but find I need an event in mind to actually focus me on training for it

MTVN 16-05-2019 08:41 PM

Oh I do play darts on Monday night's as well :smug:

Usually go to the gym 3/4 times a week and sometimes play five-a-side depending on work. Although, I haven't been to the gym since last Thursday because I have ****ed my hand :/

And my job involves loads of walking so that too

And then I walk my dog too

Marsh. 16-05-2019 10:35 PM

What happened to your hand, Marc?

Same.

Jason. 16-05-2019 11:44 PM

I workout four times a week and sometimes I'll do boxing once a week to work my full-body and for cardio because treadmills bore me.

Vanessa 17-05-2019 03:34 AM

I walk to work?

Me... I also bought an exercise bike for home to use for multi-tasking but completely stopped using it recently. I feel like there’s a gym/exercise thread here every week to remind me I need to do more :fan:

If I get into the groove I’ll exercise 3-5 days a week for like an hour, maybe a bit more - treadmill & any upper body weight machines that are available (I signed up to a cheap but kinda small and crowded gym so it can be tough to get to any particular machine every time). Sometimes some other cardio like the elliptical(?) machine.

I guess so its just that 3 years ago I use to go literally 4 times a week. My body hasn't really changed much but I really miss the energy I use to have lol.

I play badminton once a week for 2 hours and use Rebounder every day.

Redway 06-11-2023 02:24 PM

Bike riding is seriously good for mental health. I’m not an enthusiast about it but I’ve been doing it off and on since I was 7.
