I can’t STAND this it’s so annoying

Usually it’s kids that can’t sing for **** but tonight that old guy WON the vote? And the actual talent (the 2 comedians and the sexy knife thrower etc) paid dust and made to fight it out for a place

Like look at it this way the old guy is not a good singer he literally only got through BECAUSE he’s 89 how on earth is that fair to everyone else?

I think it was more to do with him being in the army rather than him being older, I liked him though

People absolutely did vote because of his age and military background and probably some nostalgia. This show has always been more of a popularity show rather than talent based.

That's not his fault.....he won the public vote and that's that really. He does seem a very sweet guy though :love:

Yeah it’s definitley annoying that backgrounds and ages even come into the voting. It’s completely obvious Colin is going to win the show unless 4MG manage to resurrect David Bowie or some **** so it just kind of ruins the excitement of the series.

But as you said, more frustrating when he wasn’t even the best of the night, let alone the series.
