Do you have a re-usable water bottle?

I've had my aluminium one for almost a year now and I find it so handy to remind myself to keep hydrated and I can just bring it along anywhere I'm going.

If not, why not? What do you do if you need a drink of water while you're out of the house?

Crimson Dynamo 04-02-2020 05:25 PM

i Dont think i have ever needed to drink water out of the house?

I mean if i did get thirsty id get a cup of tea or some irn bru in a can but usually i can wait till i get home

So you would spend money for a drink rather than just having some water with you? Do those drinks actually quench your thirst as sufficiently as fresh water?

Josy 04-02-2020 05:30 PM

Yep

Marsh. 04-02-2020 05:32 PM

I have 3.

AnnieK 04-02-2020 05:33 PM

I have one in the office, one that's usually on my car and one that's always filled in the fridge at home

Jessica. 04-02-2020 05:36 PM

What are they all made of? I had a plastic one before my current one and I found that I had to wash it more often

Cherie 04-02-2020 05:39 PM

One that I take to the gym

bots 04-02-2020 05:46 PM

nope, the only place i ever feel the need to be hydrated is at the airport, and its bottles all the way there

just wait till you get home, you wont die of dehydration

fair enough if you are exercising, otherwise get a grip

MTVN 04-02-2020 06:47 PM

I need one rarely enough when I'm out and about that I'm happy just buying one as I need it

Does being hydrated harm your masculinity or something?

Dogeatdog 04-02-2020 08:34 PM

I think mine are too, does it say bpa free? Glass would prob be better tbh but I have them now I'm using them :/

I have one and it's plastic, it was Lukes but he dropped it and I rolled over it in the car so it doesn't close properly so I just use it in work because it doesn't need to close properly sitting on my desk. Then I bought Luke a new one and I went to clean it after I bought it and I poured water from the kettle in and it warped all the end of it so now it won't stand up straight :skull:

You ran over it in the car and survived to be used again? Wow that's indestructible I'm getting one of those!

Maybe don't put boiling water in plastic? Lol! to clean mine just wash up as normal with warm soapy water, put the lid on and squirt it to clean the nozzle then rinse with cold with a little bit of white vinegar giving it a good shake and rinse again. I use a baby bottle brush.

Well, I must have just caught the lid with the side of my tyre

I know, I would normally just put it in the dishwasher but i forgot to put it in the night before..it was early and I'm not a morning person
