In CBC's sitcom "Schitt's Creek," a wealthy couple -- video store magnate Johnny and his soap opera star wife Moira -- suddenly find themselves completely broke. With only one remaining asset, a small town called Schitt's Creek, which the Roses bought years earlier as a joke, this once-wealthy couple must give up life as they know it. With their two spoiled children in tow and their pampered lives behind them, the Rose family is forced to face their newfound poverty head-on and come together as a family to survive.



Watched 4 eps, it's pretty good so far :D:

I think Cherie wakes up about 11 so when she goes online at like 12 she can find it if its not the day she gets her lashes and nails done, then it will be like 4pm

:oh: I did make a thread, can’t find it either, it just gets better and better as well unlike the Good Place which I gave up on

The Good Place was excellent, the last episode was one of my fave endings to a series ever



Anyway S6 (the finale season :sad:) is now on Netflix

Schitt's Creek is perfect start to finish :flutter:. It never descends into unrealistic drama, never covers anything particularly heavy at all, it's just a displaced family doing relatively normal stuff in a little town. And it's great for it.

I just hope they make a "The Crows Have Eyes" spin-off movie.

Absolutely perfect series. Moira is 100% one of the best modern characters conceived.

David probably has the most growth of character, way to write him off because of his voice, though

I watched the last season a couple of weeks ago, I loved it but felt a tad underwhelmed by the final ep

I haven't necessarily written him off, I just can't stand to listen to him :laugh:

David and Alexis definitely, followed by Johnny and Stevie. Moira obviously has pretty much none but that's what makes her character so great :joker:

Although I think that she made friends with the townsfolk which she wouldn’t have imagined doing beforehand but yeah, that’s about as much “growth” as she has lol
