What is the worst part of corona?

Aside from people dying (obviously), what is getting to you the most?

Strictly Jake 25-03-2020 09:28 PM

The best part for me is not working

At the moment shelves being empty worries me the most

In a couple of weeks the worst part will be no friends/family as my baby will be born

Calderyon 25-03-2020 09:29 PM

None of the above.

What is it then? :suspect:

DouglasS 25-03-2020 09:36 PM

Outdoor visits/ activities. I am easily bored.

Although it’s not fun being able to see friends or family I have bee FaceTiming/group calling most and so it hasn’t impacted me yet

You shouldn't be seeing anyone outside your house now anyway that's the whole point of lockdown.

Also shelves are now fully stocked

Barry. 25-03-2020 09:52 PM

Not seeing family and friends are hard.

Babayaro. 25-03-2020 09:53 PM

You must live around the chavvy areas because the supermarkets by me are only allowing 10 sets of customers in at a time and limits what they can buy ²

caprimint 25-03-2020 10:23 PM

... They do exactly the same thing here and in all of the stores

Why would it be a 'chavvy' area bc the stock runs out :joker:

Bloody hell get a grip

caprimint 25-03-2020 10:24 PM

Actually it probably means your area is chavvy because nobody can afford more than one item at a time there :idc:

Because it's the chavs and the middle age mums who never had jobs that cleared the shelves

My area is a very nice and respectful area actually just like the whole of the West Midlands bar scammy Dudley

I never said my area wasn't stocked.

Nice to see the snobbery coming out of you though.

You will understand when you been to Dudley of why it's the worst place in the Midlands

Marsh. 25-03-2020 10:26 PM

I didn't know "middle aged mums" were a "chav" thing?

Do posh people not age or procreate?

Maybe you should learn the meaning of the conjunction And

LukeB 25-03-2020 10:28 PM

mess dudley is trash. I refuse to visit that ****hole.

LukeB 25-03-2020 10:31 PM

Honestly, not working.

I see my mum everyday, i can talk to my friends anytime, i'm fine with going on 1 walk a day and i don't really visit pubs.

Maybe you should learn to be as respectful as the place you apparently live and not come out with classist rubbish based on ONE comment about shelves being empty in ONE store.

I had to go the other month for my theory test and it was horrible

Barry. 25-03-2020 10:40 PM

Our supermarkets were low on pasta and toilet roll. Oh and tinned food.

Shaun 26-03-2020 06:50 AM

Probably the lack of compassion. It's thankfully been outbalanced by people generally being good and kind and cooperative but it highlights the ignorant, the idiotic and the malicious.

That and the financial worry.

But I see this is a silly poll so "no Eastenders loL!!" or something

Strictly Jake 26-03-2020 07:00 AM

As horrendous as it all is and I wish we werent going through it for all the bad side of it there has come to be a lot of good

Less Pollution
Some people being a lot kinder
Lots of absolute heroes etc NHS being given the credit they deserve
People getting to spend time with their families rather than work etc

smudgie 26-03-2020 07:02 AM

Not being able to see my kids and their hugs.
Not quite the same as seeing them through the screen.

AnnieK 26-03-2020 07:07 AM

Loads if things are bad....being cooped up, lack of routine, worrying about my dad on his own and how he's coping, financial worries etc etc

Also a worry is literally becoming a slob....I worked till lunchtime yesterday in my PJs, quick shower then continued working in lounge wear and my hair hasn't seen a straightener in days

Also worrying about becoming borderline alcoholic after a day trying to get my 9 year old to do the school work he's been set.

Kazanne 26-03-2020 07:20 AM

Worst thing for me is the greed it has created and the amount of people who think they know better on how to solve it than any expert..

Lewismacfarlane 26-03-2020 08:25 AM

For me its not seeing my elderly and young relatives I've almost had a breakdown most days

Nicky91 26-03-2020 08:27 AM

no worst part for me in this crisis, i stay at home all the time anyway so

GoldHeart 26-03-2020 08:44 AM

Selfish entitled twonks ruining shopping , they are trying to go against the rules and have been moaning about the limited items.

Supermarkets have had to block entrances, so that only 1 entrance is in use , to stop brainless idiots trying to bypass the system  .

The food is there , you can always go back another day. Why do these people think they're owed trolly loads at once :bored: . We all have to follow the same instructions .
