I wouldn't even classify jaffa cakes as a biscuit, they are more like Turkish delight.

The correct answer. Although the chocolate is optional, the hob nob isn't.

I've heard that you can tell the difference because a biscuit is crunchy and gets softer when it goes stale... While a cake is soft and goes harder when it's stale.

By that criteria a jaffa cake is in fact a cake :worry:
