Apple are arseholes for that. I'd never had any battery issues with my phone, then out of the blue a couple of weeks ago it suddenly started dying at 86%.

It's awful. The apps randomly crash and the phone lags.

i have an 11 pro max and the 12 would need to be something very special to make me upgrade. Rounded corners and 5g doesn't seem worth £1k +

I was disgusted at paying for insurance only to find out when I dropped my phone, I was not getting a brand new phone but someone else’s phone that had been repaired.

And the first phone they sent me fcuked up and they had the fcucking cheek to charge me for a second replacement.
