Is this a permanent look I wonder or just a one off thing, seems strange seeing her without her usual emo baggy clothes .

Absolutley to go from being your own person to air brushed, mega made up and styled to perfection ~ huge overnight change. Her life, her choice ! Prefer previous to latter, but thats just my choice.

Quite right, Zizu - I thought the change was more a representation of psychological stability, hence 'happier than ever'... It isn't uncommon for us to want to make drastic changes to our appearance when we're at our lowest points, and now it appears she is finally getting past that perhaps? :think:

So with that I'd see it as more of a positive change.
