Ulrika Johnsson being Trolled

I think she can handle it
at her age,

Livia 29-06-2021 08:50 AM

She posted a nude picture for men's mental health?

Stay offline, Urika.

bots 29-06-2021 08:56 AM

a well known celeb posts nude pictures of herself and gets some savoury comments, well i'm surprised

bots 29-06-2021 08:59 AM

here it is ...

It's not pretty.... I wonder what the point of it is.

Ammi 29-06-2021 09:02 AM

…whether it’s felt that her pic had any relevance or not, there is just no excusing the hatefulness of the ‘troll’ and what was written which she completely didn’t deserve…it really is victim blaming at its finest…

The person wrote: "This has nothing to do with men mental health, this is just another attention seeking person who porn ******* and is responsible if someone gets raped.

"Men are NOT the only one that is guilty of young girls getting raped. These stars are just as much guilty because of their part in everything."

It’s pure attention seeking and claiming it for being a good cause.

Ulrika has lived her whole life and career off the back of the fact she was a pretty blonde. She's older now... and has nothing to fall back on. That's what it looks like to me.

Ammi 29-06-2021 09:20 AM

…I guess that the measure of hatefulness of trolling comments are linked to what the thoughts are of those who they’re aimed at…

…I despair of any changes in rape trials while any responsibility can so easily be diverted and focused onto a celebrity picture….her body/her choice and should never leave her open to abuse or inferring contribution to violent sexual behaviour toward females…

Any excuse to make it a woman's fault, any woman will do.......

….because ‘Men are NOT the only one that is guilty of young girls getting raped’ by a man…Ulrika Johnson has guilt too…

Makes sense

Ammi 29-06-2021 09:29 AM

…actually it’s quite a lovely pic…… and very ‘un revealing’ anyway…

Ahh, an audition for Calendar girls, the sequel.

bots 29-06-2021 09:32 AM

there are keyboard warriors on the internet. Everyone knows this. Posting a nude pic is going to bring them out. That's the point surely, the result was obvious. It's nothing to do with victim blaming, its just a fact on the internet

Ammi 29-06-2021 09:40 AM

…I’m sorry bots, but it’s just feeding into a damaging society view of women bearing responsibility of male on female sexual violence …

…’she shouldn’t have worn that’…’she shouldn’t have said that’…it’s all an extension and form of victim blaming….

Ammi 29-06-2021 09:43 AM

…anyways, I have to go out so I can’t say atm and have this conversation, sadly….but my thoughts are that it’s quite an appalling and shocking mindset but unsurprising in view of how rape and sexual assault toward females and general sexist behaviour etc is still so apparent in society…

At least she ignores
the trolls
But her family must find it hard.

Livia 29-06-2021 10:11 AM

I remember all that John Leslie stuff. She claimed she was raped in her biography "Honest", without naming him and equally without clearing him. Matthew Wright named him on TV - later admitting he'd got it wrong. He was later acquitted but it was too late, his career was over. Did she get trolled over that?

Destroyed his life forever.

Honestly, I've never seen a woman that acts so dismissive of women being raped, and showing only apparent concern for the male, time after time.

In this story, isn't Matthew Wright be the one worthy of being trolled, not the woman who said she was raped?

I'm dismissive of her not clearing a man who wasn't responsible.

I know there's a feeling between some people on here that I am not sympathetic to rape victims. That is of course, not true. This rumour came about because I suggested that women should take responsibility for their own safety because rape is a real threat and the legal system is not fit for purpose when it comes to sex crimes. This caused some people to suggest that I was blaming the victim for being raped. This is not true. If it ever gets to the point where men don't think they have some kind of right to a woman's body, then we can all stroll home topless if we like.

Please don't follow me around today calling me names and suggesting I'm a monster.

I wouldn't say it's a rumor, it's just acknowledging what's seen written on the forum.

Our last conversation was instigated by you solely to call me names, so please don't try and set up a false situation where you can claim to being followed around.

It's only a couple of people that perpetuate the myth and you're one of them.

Our last conversation was instigated by the fact that you, once again, tried to stop me from commenting because of who I am and I reacted to that. That's why you wrote it.

I don't want to have to go through this with you every time I come on here so please, won't you leave me alone?

Again Liv, please don't lie. That's all I said, and you followed it up with another lie.

Do you have anything to say about the actual topic? If you want to talk about me make a thread.

Maybe she also thinks Matthew is to blame? But Ulrika also is to blame for letting an innocent man go down.

Just because she holds her to account for not clearing an innocent man being falsely accused, which would take 5 seconds of her time with the cost being his whole career does not mean she thinks Matthew Wright is innocent, but she played a part also by being so selfish/lulling up the attention over the cost of a mans life/career

And by the same token, we have no idea what Ulrikas lawyers were telling her to do - they could have been telling her to keep quiet, and it's not a stretch to expect someone working within the legal sector to actually take that into consideration when discussing issues with potential legal ramifications.

Someone with actual legal knowledge could offer loads of interesting insights into these discussions.

And Liv, I apologise for discussing you here, but I'm just replying to a post your friend made about you in reply to me.

My specialism is international law. In any case, I can't imagine many solicitors would encourage anyone not to clear an innocent man. You don't have to have a legal background to know the moral thing to do.
