Just imagine if that security had have been there permanently, just like it is for pretty much every other government building.

You get too many school shootings but rarely any in other government buildings but the other government buildings are defended while the Schools (where too many of these massacres happen) are left undefended. Who's doing the maths?

Private schools are heavily defended, public schools are sitting ducks unlike Politicians who are also heavily defended.

So remove the weapons from law abiding citizens and allow the bad guys to have all the weapons they want, and they will get them.

If the teachers had been armed along with the pupils, that gunman would have been taken out sooner.

When guns are freely available and can never be taken out of circulation there is a very good argument for arming up teachers and the like. The gun problem in america can't be tackled in the same way to a country where gun owners are in the minority

I read that angry young men are increasingly being indoctrinated into incel culture. This is a growing concern as a new form of terrorism.

Gun crime in the UK is rife.

Check out a YouTube video called Beef in Brum. And that's just in Birmingham. There's also London, Liverpool, Manchester, Bristol to name a few. Psychotic criminals for some bizarre reason don't tend to follow the law.

If that's true then the best thing to do is disarm the law abiding citizens so that they can't defend themselves against these psychos.
