[Two men have been arrested on
suspicion of murder as police search
for a missing student nurse last seen in Croydon.
Owami Davies, from Grays in Essex,
left her family home on Monday, July 4.
Owami was last seen just after midnight in Derby Road
in West Croydon on Thursday, July 7.

The 24-year-old is a student nurse - and police said
on Sunday they are "extremely concerned" for her welfare.
On Monday, two men, aged 27 and 23,
were arrested in the Croydon area on
suspicion of murder.]

If that's the reason then it's a disgusting reason to not be covering the case.

Sadly though I'm guessing that the case has gone cold and that's why there isn't any updates on the case, because there isn't anything to report.

Yes, but those Professionals that visited her
need to give their report on her health, then.

again, not if she says she doesn't require assistance, all they can report is that she didn't want assistance

Under the mental health she could of been detained for her own safety

that requires a very high threshold and usually requires some previous incidents to enforce

Its hard to fathom what is going in here, for all we know she want to escape her family, its a very strange case

A member of the public came forward after

public response and 117 possible sightings.

This only came public
when a member of public phoned the Police

[On August 7, the Metropolitan Police released
CCTV images from a Croydon convenience
store dated August 3,
picturing a woman they said was Miss Davies.
The force realised the error and withdrew
the pictures 'hours later', issuing an apology.
It said: 'We previously issued two still
CCTV images of a woman in a shop which
were titled Owami Davies shop.
These images are not of Owami - please withdraw
them from any publications.

'We will be sending out correct images ASAP
and apologise for this error.'

Amid reports about the police's mistake,
a Met Police spokesman told MailOnline that
the main focus should be on trying to find
Miss Davies.

They did not respond when asked about
reports that the two pictures of the
incorrect woman were left with media
outlets for 'hours' or when questioned
about how they identified her as being Miss Davies.

In a statement, the Met said: 'The image was
published in error and was removed as soon
as this was realised.'

It comes as it emerged that an NHS trust
offered her a job then withdrew it because
she did not respond to her emails
while she went missing.]

the whole thing becomes stranger by the day

Hmm, I heard someone on the radio saying she should be prosecuted for wasting police time.

The full facts not known. She could have had a seizure and forgotten who she was or where she was.

She had to have stayed somewhere though

The good news is it is a happy ending for a woman for once, the bad news is lives have been turned upside down by whatever happened

I'm guessing she had a major bust up with her family or something, I thought it strange at the time she wasn't reported missing till a week after she left home suddenly

Thank God for that.

Maybe she was scared of someone ?

A boyfriend or maybe she owed money to someone / people
