How’s your psychological well-being at the moment?
I won’t open the mental health can of worms specifically because once you start getting into the banner of discrete disorders it takes on a nature that this thread isn’t supposed to be broad enough to cover but how would you rank your psychological state of mind at the moment? Do you feel content within yourself (however that would manifest for you) or are you struggling a bit?

all good
:spin: |
I’d be in a better mood if certain circumstances were more aligned in my favour at the moment but compared to a lot of people I can’t complain.

Can't complain at all thankfully

My conclusions from studying these Poll results are Irish people are the happiest followed by the Scots and trailing behind are the English :pipe:

Have you ever thought about adding fluvoxamine to your treatment-regime? It’s more of an anti-obsessive-compulsive/social anxiety drug than a pure antidepressant but even as far as depression itself goes it is often quite effective and it has the added benefit of being effective in treating Covid (it’s a powerful anti-inflammatory). I know some people don’t like the way antidepressants make them feel when it comes to side-effects but as far as I know fluvoxamine (Luvox) is pretty clean as far as that goes. |
