Now , although the Duchess has not publicly confirmed her diet, she reportedly follows the Dukan diet.

The four step diet primarily has people eating food high in protein and low in carbohydrates.


The Duchess’ diet is varied and involves plenty of fruit and vegetables.

As for lunch, the Duchess reportedly eats raw and cold foods such as gazpacho, watermelon salads, tabbouleh, and ceviche.

Thousands and thousands of young UK women have series health and mental issues as they are trying to be super slim ( putting it politely) due to the influences of stick-thin models and skinny celebs …

Yeah you would never think she had 3 kids , she's so stick thin.... she clearly doesn't eat much. If that diet is true then it's sounds a bit extra . There's nothing wrong with eating healthily... but hope it's not an eating disorder.

Kate is an absolute gem. Natural and warm. She has always been slender, healthy and sporty. She has a beautifully proportioned body that makes anything she wears look fantastic…and she has gorgeous shapely legs. :flutter:

If we are going to comment on peoples appearances - Kate has as much meat on her arms as Meghan has on her legs. That is a fact.

Nice try - the sports day photo probably slipped through the net .

A good example was one of Baby Spice’s earlier pop videos .. it was a fast paced , up tempo song and they stretched the aspect so she looked really tall and slim ..
