Do you like the British seaside? What's your favourite place?
I love it all.
The fish and chips, ice cream, the funfairs. I find them so much fun! Southend is my favourite. |
Scarborough is king of the seasides.

Beautiful beach, probably the best in the North of England, way better than Blackpool beach. |

I used to live in Bexhill-on-Sea (near Hastings) which features the De La Warr Pavilion, so I got used to the seaside life, tbh, so maybe that's why I find it a touch dull these days.

Most younger Brits don't even know the glory days of the British seaside town. I was only a young kid in the final years of the good times.
I'd love to see the British seaside towns rise again. Put some money back in our economy instead of the Spanish economy. In those days, the stars from TV would be doing summer seasons in the seaside towns. Putting on a show every night for the Holiday makers. |
Weymouth , Punch and Judy. swing boats donkey rides and sand sculptures.
