An odious, cretinous vile bully. No redeemable talent. No redeemable qualities. Just a tacky man that would sell his own family down the drain to further an agenda. One of the worst journalists in the industry and he should have been removed of a platform a long time ago.

I'm not sure I've even heard his voice, and I can't picture what he looks like :joker:

So it's not really fair for me to have an opinion on him, especially as I don't know any of his opinions.

He does what he has to do…he is a journalist and presenter BUT his whole demeanour is of someone who thrives on the downfall of others and comes across as a massive gossip who likes to dig the dirt.
Having said that if his subject matter is of a person you dislike…you can’t but help ‘like’ him for throwing that mud :laugh:

I find him really awkward on camera. But at least he stands up for what’s right.

Thing is, it's not just that he has a terrible way of going about things, he's also just not a talented journalist and he has an irritating demeanor. In short, I guess I don't really understand how he's managed to progress? Who has been sat round a table saying "YES. This guy. Promote him and give him opportunities, he is the one."

It took me 10 years to realise Scott MIlls was a gay!

I never gave it a thought or noticed as to whether he was gay or wasn't. Alan Carr now....but Dan Wootton, no, hadn't a clue. :hee:

Imo he helped contribute to Caroline Flack's deteriorating Mental Health, where he wouldn't stop reporting negatively on her.

People might think that's petty of me to hold onto a grudge with him over that, but he was meant to be on reasonably decent terms with her as far as I'm aware, and we all knew that she had issues, yet he piled on.

And again personally I don't like his obsession with Harry & Meghan either, but tbf to him he isn't the worst on that issue, that goes to a certain Arsenal fan that's been apart of some other scandals recently.

When Caroline died he scrubbed the internet off all the negative things he said about her, that should tell you all you need to know about this weasels character.

Someone should try and search out all those comments he made .. they maybe somewhere online .. maybe on other people’s quotes or timelines.

Caroline Flack’s ex Andrew Brady jailed for harassing GB News presenter Dan Wootton

Caroline Flack’s ex fiancé Andrew Brady has been jailed for a campaign of harassment against GB News presenter Dan Wootton.
Brady, 31, of Cross Bedford Street, Sheffield, was jailed for four months….
…..At Sheffield Crown Court, the judge said Brady’s claims Mr Wootton was in some way responsible for Miss Flack’s death were “wholly irrational”.

He pointed out the former executive editor of The Sun was a friend of the Love Island presenter who died in 2020.
Earlier this week, Brady admitted harassment at a hearing.
Judge Richardson said he would be released in the “very near future”, given the time the defendant served on remand.
He imposed a 10-year restraining order banning Brady from contacting Mr Wootton, posting anything about him online, or going within 200 yards of his home or workplace.
Judge Richardson blasted the social media posts and messages about Mr Wootton as “utterly outrageous”.

He issued Brady a stark warning he could face more prison time for breaching the restraining order.
In a statement read to the court, Mr Wootton – who watched the proceedings by video link – said he “adored” the “late, great Caroline Flack”.
He added: “I only ever wrote stories about Caroline that she wanted to be published.”
The journalist added: “She knew I had her back.”

Mr Wootton said the late presenter called him after ending her relationship with The Apprentice star.
The broadcaster said Brady had his phone number following a trip to an O2 concert arranged by Miss Flack so he could meet the defendant because she knew Mr Wootton had reservations about their relationship.
Mr Wootton said in his statement: “The public should be aware that he (Brady) has no credibility to speak on behalf of Caroline.”
But he added: “I hope he gets the help he needs.”

The court was read a message sent to Mr Wootton by Miss Flack which said of Brady: “He is scary, Dan. Still scares me even when he’s in Australia.”

The court heard how Brady’s campaign began on the year’s anniversary of Miss Flack’s death and involved what the judge described as “deeply unpleasant nonsense” across a range of platforms.

Same, I knew next to nothing about Dan Wootten or any of this stuff, I just enjoy his GB show and the way he interacts with guests. The conflicting reports about him have piqued my curiosity. :hee:
